    Mismanaged and unprofessional. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. We had a reservation for 11PM and they didn’t seat us until 11:50PM (there’s a 15 min grace period and any cancellation is a $50 charge to the customer). We went to the front desk numerous times, to which they kept telling us it would be “just a few more minutes.”Not to mention, the bar that they made us wait at (on property in the lobby) as they were 50 minutes late had nearly $50 drink minimums for liquor drinks (just the well- also no menus so this was a shock). Ambiance was cool but if there were more dollar signs to judge a restaurant this would be closer to 10 for no justifiable reason.

    Overall, my husband and I had a great experience dining at Kiki’s. Our favorite thing about this restaurant is the location and front row dining on the Miami River. We loved sitting in a booth front row on the river and watching the boats go in and out of the river the entire night. The staff which included the ladies at the front, as well as, our server, were kind and welcoming. While we had an overall great night, there were quite a few negatives from the night. First, while we know the restaurant is on the river and open to the weather, the cushions on the booths were soaked to the point of soaking though our clothing to being entirely wet. I am surprised these cushions could not have been removed or at least covered during the earlier rain that day. Walking around in a wet dress for the night was definitely not the greatest experience. Second, we asked for still water and were served bottle water and charged 12 dollars. I had gone to the bathroom and our water glasses were already filled before I could say anything and at that time I was told it was too late. Third, charging for ice… this is definitely a first time ever paying for ice at a restaurant. While it may have only been 2.00, being charged for ice and unaware of this charge was a deceitful in my opinion. Forth, the food is just average, but the price is well beyond average prices. I do not mind paying for good food, but the food was not worth the price. It was the most expensive chicken pasta I have had and lacked in flavor. Overall we enjoyed Kiki’s, but definitely had quite a few negatives that impacted our experience.

    Terrible. Deals with customers in a condescending way, all they wanted is to rip people off and trying to upsell their tables. I had booked dinner and they suddenly told me about the 1000$ minimum spend on alcohol consumption alone. Avoid at all costs, many other nicer places in town. 👎

    Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique, mais pour ce qui en est du dîner les plats sont pas terrible et à ce niveau là c’était une déception
