   Unfortunately cannot write anything about the food since I was unable to dine here. Booked a reservation via Open Table for my birthday, and was able to pay the omakase fee to complete the reservation. Arrived at the restaurant and was informed they double booked and was unable to seat us. Sometimes things are out of a restaurant’s control, but the way the staff handled the situation was not acceptable. The staff at the restaurant said there was nothing they could do and directed the manager to call us personally. The manager was extremely rude and did not offer any type of solution. “I don’t know I just got off a flight” and responding “Well Happy Birthday then” after we stated we specifically booked this place to celebrate left an unpleasant experience. I still have not received a refund for my omakase deposit. Steer clear if you are looking for a friendly, high service experience (which $$$$ should get you). Thank you for the staff of the OpenTable app to help me resolve this discrepancy alongside with efficient communication. The live chat gave me the ability to automatically discuss this issue as the restaurant was not helpful nor accomodating.

   It was a really subpar omakase experience and I don’t think the food was all fresh

   It was an amazing experience of culinary artistry and precision. The service was professional, attentive, and the server was extremely knowledgeable. The dinner would have had more value with less sushi options and more creative dishes like the first few.

   This was a wonderful creative omakase honoring traditional Japanese sushi with a special twist. Chef Chen is a true artist, beautifully presenting fish from all over on unique dishes. The saury sanma roll was a standout but honestly all the pieces of fish were, and of course sticking to the season. I WILL return!!!!
