   Food was amazing. Service was over the top outstanding by our server, Nicole. Very genuine and attentive. Overall only 4 stars as our table was by front window and since winter, a bit chilly and space cramped.

   Ordered salads, waited long time, suddenly our entrees were there, they forgot about our salad order. We were very hungry and needed to eat, it was too late for the salads. And the snapper was too spicy, but too hungry to send it back, hard to eat with it burning my throat. This was birthday meal, I found your mixup to be very upsetting to the enjoyment of the meal.

   Felt like we were invisible. We had one drink and we’re never asked if we would like another. After we ate the wait staff was ready to move us out. We had to ask for dessert menu. Also it was extremely loud. The food was great. The experience not so much.

   Great food and really nice people and atmosphere. Also nice proximity to have dinner before an event at the Ordway or Xcel

   I had a reservation on 2/15, we were seated right away but that was the only time anyone from the restaurant acknowledged us. The bill from that last patron was left at the table when we were seated and we had to beg the servers around us to take the money off of our table. No one took our drink order, no one came by to check on us.....nothing. We left after 20 minutes extremely disappointed that we wasted our time and our valentines reservation on this terrible experience. Thanks for literally nothing.

   This place was awesome! For 2 people, we ordered the chicken fettuccine & lobster & crab ravioli as well as the fried olives appetizer and the bill came in at just above $40. I will be back, the food was immaculate!

   Note: I really can't say what the food was like as we didn't stay but I had to rate it so assume it was on par with the rest of the categories. Our reservation was booked around noon for 6:15pm on Valentines Day. When we got there they informed us they only had a "special" menu for the day which was $65 per person. When we said we wish we were informed of that they claimed they called everyone with reservations to let them know and that it was posted on their website; they did not and it was not. My wife and I do not care for seafood, fish or nuts which severely limited our choices but the "special" menu had one item that we might like so thinking there was not much choice at that juncture, we agreed to stay and were taken to our table. However the tables were packed in and literally a few inches apart. The next table where there was couple eating seafood which might have been wonderful for seafood lovers but the smell of it so close and in your face along with no chance of having anything that resembled a private conversation was just too much. So I checked OpenTable and found Redstone had an opening in Minnetonka so we left and will never return to this restaurant. BTW, dinner was awesome at Redstone which we've always wanted to try but for whatever reason hadn't. So I'm grateful to La Grolla for being the impetus for that visit and Redstone is now on our list of go-to restaurants.

   I made reservations weeks a head of time. I even got a call two days before the confirm that I still wanted the reservation. This was a special night for us, celebrating our 33rd anniversary. We got there and was told that due to the Valentine's Day, the price for everything was $65 per person. We were told that someone should have called us to let us know this ahead of time; but they did not get around to every. It was too late to find another fine dinning place to dine, and we were on a timeline due to attending a play afterwards. The evening turned out to be a nightmare on a very special celebration for us. I plan to never eat at this restaurant again and I will tell all my friends who will consider this place to not go.

   Was not notified, in the website or Open Table res app, that there was a limited, fixed price, menu, due to Valentine's Day. But our menu choices were excellent !
