   My bf and I went there with high expectations but I was quite disappointed at the end. We ordered the 7-course sample size meal with secret ingredients which cost 45 bucks each before taxes and tips. Though the waiter told us it was sample size for each dish, the portion per dish was so tiny that my bf ended up looking for food elsewhere after the diner. Also, with 45 bucks per person, there were NO seafood or other precious ingredients. I won't be going there again.

   La Quercia is excellent - diverse menu - great wine list - perfect service. It is small so be prepared to reserve in advance and still expect a short wait if your table is occupied. You will not regret the visit.

   Great food - had the $45 per person 7 course share meal. The chef makes whatever he wants for you. Just warn him about food allergies and/or undesirable ingredients ie. my gf didn't want any rabbit because she had a bunny as a pet before. Each dish was very well made and came out well. The hot food tasted and felt like it just came out of the oven! The souffle was savory, hot and had marvolous ingredients. The pasta dishes were perfectly al dente. The cornish game hen was pan baked and again, was hot because it came straight out of the oven and cooked PERFECTLY. It was an entire hen and we had to pack half of it in order to finish dessert which was a bread cake and also delicious! A month and a half for a weekend reso but worth it!

   This is a very small restaurant. The food was all very good to excellent. We were in a group of 4 and we all had the family style menu. The price, surprisingly was more than if we had simply ordered the same items off the menu and shared, as we did anyhow. The other negative is that the tables are very close together - not a place for a romantic get together.

   La Quercia is a wonderful restaurant for those looking for a special meal. The service was attentive without being intrusive. It’s a small room and the atmosphere was cozy, warm, and bustling, without being loud. Most importantly, the food was fantastic. We ordered the 7 course alla famiglia meal, which involved 3 appetizers, 2 pasta dishes, 1 meat course, and a dessert. Every dish was fresh and flavourful. Overall, a special restaurant I look forward to returning to again. P.S. One thing to keep in mind when making your reservation: the kitchen is unable to provide the 11-course alla famiglia meal for the first seating, as it requires 3 hours to prepare. Word is that this meal includes a fantastic made-to-order risotto.
