   Beautiful restaurant and great service. We started out with escargot and tuna tartar. Both were delicious, but our my favorite was the escargot. For our main course, we both had the beef wellington. Beautiful presentation, amazing flavors, and good portion

   Our server, Lurso was outstanding! Service, quality of menu and consistency have been in place since LaLA opened. Very hard to find in Puerto Rico

   El restaurante tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo y agradable. El servicio fue excelente y la comida, deliciosa. Mi única queja es con respecto a la reservación. Me comuniqué a través de la aplicación de OpenTable para asegurar que la mesa fuera dentro del restaurante. Incluso se ajustó la hora para lograrlo. Sin embargo, al llegar me informaron que no había espacio en el interior y tuve que sentarme afuera. Fue decepcionante, considerando la gestión previa. Aun así, la experiencia general fue muy buena. Solo recomendaría mejorar la coordinación entre la plataforma y el restaurante para evitar este tipo de inconvenientes.

   Went there for my birthday and it was wonderful. We were late and they graciously held our table. The server was kind and made wonderful recommendations. The food presentation was immaculate and timely. The entire dining experience was wonderful and the best I’ve experienced so far.

   I hate to say I had such a bad experience here but I had a horrible experience. When I reserved my reservation I had booked a table for inside and was seated outdoors. I ended up just moving past that as it didn’t look like there were too many available seats indoors and didn’t want to wait any further. After being seated we ordered right away. We received our apps in a great time but as time went on we were not checked on post appetizers and waited an hour for our dinner that never came. I was so upset that after an hour of waiting and checking in with my waiter I asked for the bill so I could eat elsewhere. I was so disappointed as this was my birthday dinner and had flown in for the experience. My waiter was apologetic but ultimately did not have the best experience and would NOT come back.

    Best service in San Juan. Staff is very profesional and friendly, always checking in with guests to ensure everything is ok. Food was really good too, but again service was spectacular. The place is very sleek and comfortable.
