Wonderful dinner - food was fantastic, especially the Chicken liver, Chicken main dish and the Gnocchi ! Ambience was on gorgeous, sexy, inviting and sophisticated - cannot wait to go back!

We had an awesome night trying Le Calamar. Newly opened and we expected some kinks but there were none. Service was spectacular. One of the waitstaff took the steak tartare when there was one cheese cracker left, and they immediately returned with an entire cracker for their miss. Not necessary but a surprise and very appreciated. Don’t leave without ordering the chicken!

What an incredible experience! Loved the French preparation with Texas ingredients, truly spectacular! So grateful for the extraordinary selection of gluten free options. Can’t wait to go back!

So happy Le Calamar is in the neighborhood! I really enjoy their take on each of the dishes we tried - from steak to gnocchi to tuna! Service was elevated by the entire team making sure dishes were delivered in a timely manner, well explained, and any questions were answered along the way. Will definitely be back!

I loved their old concept (Underdog) but this is so much better! The ambiance is amazing, the restaurant is gorgeous, and the music absolutely crushes the vibe. We started with cocktails that were all spot on, and then had a couple of wine. Their wine list is curated beautifully! Food was really good - and I'm only saying good because a couple of the items just weren't our cup of tea. The oysters, fish almondine, salad and fries were all top notch and I would absolutely order them again. However, the mushrooms were too chewy/hard to cut and chew into so we barely ate them - and they weren't cheap. The waiter recommended a potato hashbrown type side and it was basically just a square of fried stuff. BUT they did just open and are probably working out some kinks. Overall this was an amazing experience and I will absolutely be back many times!

We had friendly and responsive service throughout the meal. Our entrees were the chicken and the wagyu bravettes. Both were delicious and very tender. I had the classic martini with Dripping Springs gin, it was a nice combination of dry taste and floral notes. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
