I guess the first red flag was the reservation availability for a beautiful Friday evening. The restaurant was pretty empty and the staff was mostly standing around (one was yawning) because of the lack of activity. Our waiter was okay, a nice gentleman, maybe new? I ordered a beverage and he actually said “Is that on the menu?” Um, yea, I had to show him. The deviled eggs were nothing special, but glad we didn’t get the calamari which as it passed our table looked undercooked and sad. My entree, Voodoo, blackened shrimp pasta was so bad. The shrimp were not blackened and the sauce tasted like Campbell’s tomato soup mixed with water. Embarrassingly bad slop. Left it mostly untouched. Another oddity was the lounge singer. Why? This restaurant needs to focus on hiring a better chef, (I find it impossible to believe that there is a chef in the kitchen), rather than spending money on a singer. I give them 6 months.

The service was subpar. We weren’t offered water until after sitting for 10 min. When it was brought to the table, the liter was sat down and the server walked away. I’m not above pouring my own water, but the first pour is typically done by the server. He wanted to take away our menus after placing our starter order. He took out second drink order and immediately returned to the table to ask if we wanted a second round of drinks. Had to remind him he just took our drink order. The food was mediocre. I ordered the buttermilk fried chicken. On the menu, it was listed as a half chicken. It came out as a plate of wings on a bed of coleslaw made with just what tasted like mayonnaise. My wife ordered the surf & turf. A 4oz filet with one shrimp on a bed of unseasoned, overcooked corn. Nothing looked the way they presented it on their Instagram page. The spicy tuna tower was just spicy tuna with mango salsa and one shrimp. Not what we expected based on the menu description. Would not recommend.

My wife and I brought our 5-year-old grandson. He woke up the next day talking about the magician that stopped by the table to demonstrate some tricks. It was a very nice time out with my wife and grandson. The BLT devil eggs were some of the best that I have ever eaten.

Our experience was terrible. We sat on the patio and i think perhaps they had a bus boy fill in waiting tables… we waited 25 min for our first drink… had no silverware and he didn’t know the difference between red and white wine or coors light and miller light. Food was brought out slow and separate for our 4 top. And after we finished the table wasn’t cleared - even when we paid. The music was good. Patio is nice to have but way too small- the waiter couldn’t get by to the table next to us.

We did not have a good experience at Lennon‘s. Upon being seated, we were greeted by our server and ordered cocktails. It took 40 minutes for us to get our cocktails because our server was behind the bar making drinks. The drinks themselves were not very good. One of the drinks arrived in a dirty glass. When this was pointed out, we were told that the glass was just washed. The drink then returned to the table still in the dirty glass. We then proceeded to order our food. Again the wait time was approximately 30 to 40 minutes. The food was mediocre at best. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back to Lennon’s. Going out to dinner should be a delightful and wonderful experience. We should not feel stressed out.

Had the short ribs. Delicious. Followed up with the comedy show which we throughly enjoyed.

Another great dinner at Lennon’s! One thing: management needs to add all of the servers to the inKind app so we can tip them with our credit cards when we pay thru inKind.
