The owner was so attentive to our table and created the perfect spot for us under the large umbrellas outside. This is in a great location, in an upscale area. The food was excellent. The burratas are amazing!

                                                                                                                                          We arrived for our booking on time and they scrambled to put together a table. Knowing it was a tiny venue, we were still surprised to find ourselves standing at the top of a narrow staircase while they grabbed a couple of chairs and a table and created a space for us just inches from the staircase landing and appx 3’ from the bathroom. Unfortunately, our major experience of the evening was the confusing parade of people seeking the loo, banging on the door, standing next to our table as they waited, and often leaving the door open thus changing our view to one of the toilet itself. Our food came quickly and was not bad. I ordered a glass of wine with my food which did not arrive until I asked about 15 minutes after our meal arrived. Again unfortunately the hastily created table setting was so unstable that in order to cut our tasty food with a knife we had to told down the table with two hands to avoid it shaking so badly that the wine would spill over. A thoroughly unpleasant experience, and the staff seemed harried and somewhat detached from helping us in any way. It’s too bad, because the pizza was tasty. But it was a so unpleasant that we chose to leave our food and wine unfinished just to escape the unpleasant environment.

                                                                                                                                          Maddy is your typical Paris bistro. Indoor and outdoor seating. Inside seating was cramped but the quality of the food was excellent. I thought the menu was a bit limited and favored Italian food. Prices were very reasonable.

                                                                                                                                          We got seated right away and had a nice table looking right outside! Our server was friendly and attentive. The timing of our meal was perfect and the food was delicious. We will definitely dine at Maddy again on our next trip to Paris. Maddy is highly recommend by us for your dining choice.

                                                                                                                                          Went for valentines dinner. They seemed to forget about our booking and were surprised when we showed with no table ready. Cutlery wasn’t changed after our starter, so we had to eat our main with the same knife and fork we had previously used for salmon and cream. We did not get any offer for a drink top up when other customers seemingly did. They were also giving roses to everyone who left but for some reason forgot about us at the front of the restaurant. The original waiter was a nice man who translated the menu for us so shoutout to him.
