Max's Restaurant takes after the innate characteristics of Filipinos - hospitality, generosity and passion for good food. It elevates dining to an absolute experience for the palate. Recipes have been intricately developed for more than 65 years & given a modern twist to cater to the increasingly discriminating tastes of customers. It is almost impossible to put boundaries to the Filipino meal as it is a blend of influences from other cultures, such as Chinese, Spanish, Japanese & American. At Max's Restaurant, the freshest ingredients are chosen painstakingly, cooked passionately, and served generously. The menu is an exciting anthology of must-try dishes to feast upon from appetizers all the way to desserts. Let me just say that I frequent this chain back in the Philippines and they have replicated the same quality of service and food that I love (except for the lack of kalamansi in Vancouver, but replaced with lemon) 😁 Overall, definitely coming back for comfort food and Filipino desserts!

Great value, delicious food, and amazing service! Here for the first time. I enjoyed dine out menu. Will be back soon to explore more options of Filipino food 🤤

Great food and service. The food was slightly saltier than I'm used to but the flavour is awesome. First time trying out their sizzling tofu and that dish is the best. Even ordered a take out of that dish to share with family and continue savouring it at home. It was that good.

The Sizzling Tofu and Chicken are our go to. We had a family dinner as it’s my Husband’s birthday. Our server, Ell was awesome. I wonder if we can ask for her to be our server again coming back. We’ll definitely go back🥰

This restaurant is overpriced. Also, they need to remove the auto 15% gratuity charge on yhe checks. I will not return to this restaurant again.

Deep fried banana and vanilla ice cream was amazing! Would have liked to have seen a more authentic decor in the restaurant.

The food was awesome BUT the protocols set in place are the best I’ve seen in the city. We felt so safe and proud of then (as a Filipino) it shows that the business and staff really care about the wellbeing of the community and their team. Great job guys
