   Sehr freundliches Personal. Speisen sind in Ordnung. Kleine Schwächen im Detail: Löffel zur Suppe vergessen, Zucker zum Espresso ebenso. In dieser Preiskategorie würde ich mir Stoffservietten wünschen.

   We went there to celebrate a birthday. We didn't like the atmosphere of the restaurant at all. The service was low. We were with a small child and were offered a high table with bar stools, although there were other free tables. This restaurant is located at the hotel, lot of people walk past, which also causes discomfort. I do not recommend it and we will not revisit it. The food was not bad, but because of the atmosphere, it could not bring any delight.

   Chciałabym serdecznie podziękować całemu zespołowi restauracji za wspaniałe doświadczenie, jakie miałam okazję przeżyć podczas mojej ostatniej wizyty. Obsługa kelnerów była na najwyższym poziomie – uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci i zawsze gotowi pomóc, co sprawiło, że czułam się wyjątkowo dopieszczona. Szczególne podziękowania kieruję również do sommeliera, który idealnie dobrał wino do naszych potraw – to była prawdziwa uczta dla podniebienia. Jedzenie było przepyszne – każde danie zachwycało smakiem i estetyką podania. Atmosfera w restauracji jest po prostu magiczna, idealna na wyjątkowe okazje. Co więcej, kiedy obsługa dowiedziała się, że obchodzę urodziny, do deseru dołączyli świeczkę, co było niesamowicie miłym gestem i pięknym akcentem wieczoru. Dziękuję za tak cudowne chwile i z całego serca polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka nie tylko wyśmienitego jedzenia, ale także niezapomnianych wrażeń. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócę!

   We recently dined at Mercato and were thoroughly impressed by both the delicious food and the warm, inviting atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with a special mention for Amadeusz, the sommelier, whose wine recommendations were perfect. His passion for wine and attention to detail made the experience unforgettable.

   Restauracja Mercato to miejsce, które naprawdę warto odwiedzić. Jedzenie było wyjątkowo smaczne – każdy element dań dopracowany w najdrobniejszych szczegółach, co świadczy o wysokim poziomie kuchni. Obsługa również zasługuje na pochwałę – profesjonalna, uprzejma i dbająca o komfort gości. W mojej opinii Mercato z łatwością mogłoby dołączyć do grona restauracji wyróżnionych gwiazdką Michelin. To doskonałe miejsce na wyjątkowy posiłek i niezapomniane wrażenia.

   modern, very well done Polish food The service was outstanding from Yolanta and Michael. His recommendation of a Polish Pinot Noir was terrific. I would recommend this restaurant highly, though probably a special occasion restaurant.

   I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the meal fell far below my expectations and the standards associated with a Michelin-starred establishment. The food was served cold, unappetizing, and had an unpleasant odor. The meat was tough and chewy, the mashed potatoes were watery, and the Pecorini cheese had formed a skin on top of the potatoes. To make matters worse, the cheese arrived five minutes after the rest of the dish had been served. When we brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they seemed unconcerned and offered no solutions or apologies. It was as if they felt entitled to the Michelin star and were indifferent to our experience. Furthermore, no one inquired about any allergies or dietary restrictions, which is a standard practice at any reputable restaurant, let alone one with a Michelin star. This was by far the most disappointing dining experience I have had at a Michelin-starred restaurant. I believe that the high standards associated with such an award were not met on this occasion.

    lamb chops full of sinew and fat. considering how little was edible on the plate, it was hardly a meal. a lower price would not have helped the experience.
