The lentil sambuusa crispy and savory pastry and the fresh tuna salad make ideal starters to your meal. Some of Meskel's specialty entrée dishes include the doro wat chicken pieces seasoned with berbere spices and sautéed in butter, the mincet alecha ground beef sautéed with ginger, butter, garlic and ginger and gomen bosega cubed beef and collard greens sautéed with onion, garlic and butter, all of which are seasoned to perfection.
