Message in a Bottle and the restaurants at The Village Dunwoody are the vision of hospitality veteran and owner of Dash Hospitality Group, David Abes. Chef Camron Woods, Culinary Director for The Village, and along with Phil Handley, have created a thoughtful approach to the food & beverage selections. The bar menu features a mix of vibrant cocktails, beach beers, and complimentary wines. Start your dining experience with a Seafood Tower, Oysters Rockefeller or the Ceviche de la Día. The menu features a selection of the daily Fresh Catch, Crispy Seafood Platter, and Chef's famous Maine Lobster Pot Pie. The dining room has a fun beach vibe with nautical decor and other seating options include the Raw Bar, Screened Porch, or Private Dining Room.

The service was excellent. The food was bad. My Cioppino was so strange - it was filled with green pepper & red onion, and I got some slimy fish bits. My husband’s shrimp scampi was on par with a Lean Cuisine.

The menu has changed. Our favorite ceviche is no longer offered. The blackened redfish was tasty but messy on the bun. The cipino was very good. I’m disappointed the service and menu has changed. It’s too cool of a place.

As always, Message in a Bottle was wonderful. The food is consistently delicious and of course, the service was impeccable because our favorite server, Sarah, was there. She makes our experience so much better, each time we go. It is fun and a great, neighborhood place to eat. Message in a Bottle is one of our go-to places in the area.,It is never disappointing .

It was a bit too loud. I had to really talk loudly to be heard. Maybe fine a way to absorb some sound in the space. Use some rugs or fabric or consult with a designer for ideas.

Amazing Restaurant! I will definitely be referring friends and family. I love Message In The Bottle. They give you a lot of food for your money. Great restaurant.

We have the same waitress each time-she is ok just not the most attentive. Loved the food and the casual vibe though!

As usual, since we visit Message in a Bottle often, our experience was excellent. The food is always fresh and delicious. This time I tried the Napa Salad with Ahi tuna and it was exceptionally fresh and the tuna was outstanding. My husband ordered his usual, Crab lobster bisque and the mussels. Always our favorites! Our friends joined us from Montana and loved the experience as well. The service was impeccable. Catherine, our server was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. She’s a pro! We always love seeing David Abes, a personal friend, who is the ultimate host. He certainly has made Dunwoody a fun place to come to eat. We will be back soon!
