Have lived in Florida for five years and came across Mia’s Italian Kitchen a few weeks ago. Needless to say it has been one of our go to places. Excellent service and food is delicious! Caesar salad and minestrone soup is the best in Orlando. Highly recommend the chicken parm as well.

We had a reservation on a very busy evening, and while there was an unexpected delay in being seated, I was extremely impressed with how the team handled the situation. The hostess was professional, friendly, and proactive in keeping us informed and escalating issue to management, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a positive one. Their genuine concern for our experience and willingness to make things right did not go unnoticed. Most importantly, our server, Maddie, was absolutely fantastic. Despite how busy the restaurant was, she was attentive, personable, and provided exceptional service throughout our meal. She helped turn what could have been a frustrating evening into a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent, the staff was outstanding, and the level of customer service demonstrated by the entire team was impressive.

Ordered the garlic cheese bread and the cheese tasted like extremely processed Sysco cheese. The Nonnas Sunday Gravy that I ordered had one very small piece of chicken, the meatballs were extremely dry and the bracciole was cooked for so long that it was not intact and just basically pulled beef mixed in the dish. Been here before and had a great experience but very disappointed this time.

Our waitress was good, restaurant was nice, but food was very mediocre. The chicken parmesean was overcooked and dry and the pasta it came with was undercooked, the lasagna had too much meat, and the chicken piccata sauce was so thick and salty my wife had to scrape it off the chicken just to be able to eat the chicken. Saw the manager walking around to everyone's tables, but he never came to ours. The only positive thing was the appetizers and the dessert. We went for a family birthday dinner and the food quality was definitely not worth the price.

The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is lively. Located in the entertainment district next to ICON Park, this restaurant was easily the most popular dinner spot in the area—and for good reason. The dishes were delicious, and the prices were reasonable. My only criticism is the lack of bread service. I've never been to an Italian restaurant that didn't bring bread to the table before the meal. Then again, maybe arriving at the main course a little hungrier made everything taste even better! Overall, a great dining experience that I'd happily recommend.
