Not the old Mill Pond! Five of us were sat at a table that was so close to the tables next to us, no one could leave without disturbing our neighbor. We were consistently bumped into by wait staff and other patrons. Ambiance was diner decor at best. Noise level was extremely loud. Service was mediocre as there was no attention to detail. Our food was served cold to luke warm. Portions did not match with another who ordered the same meal. The blackened shrimp was not blackened, but was just stir fried. The spicy tuna roll had no spice to it. Brussels sprouts were supposed to be roasted but came raw and cold. We sent them back to be heated but they were never returned to us. Our inattentive waiter didn’t take them off the bill and we weren’t offered an accommodation. The manager came and asked how our meal was as the food was being put in front of us and we told him we hadn’t tried it yet and never came back to check. The waiter never checked on our meals. We each ordered one cocktail and once finished the server never asked if we’d like another. Extremely over priced. Not worth your trouble or your money.

View and food are excellent Didn't care for table location, it was next to a noisy party group. Hostess didn’t give us an alternate option. Next time I’ll ask to speak either the owner.

The dining area did not have windows that could be closed and since it was hot, humid and buggy, dinner became uncomfortable.

Food was excellent. Owner came by at the end of the meal to check on us, which was great. Remodel was modern and well done.

Beautiful renovation! Service excellent. Dishes we tried were good, not up to standards for the price but working out the kinks. Wine list was what you would expect with prices that were reasonable. The one irratating thing was after a $600 meal a 3% credit card fee was added. C’mon guys, you can do better than that.

Millpond has always been one of my favorites. Unfortunately, since the renovation it is not the same. The menu prices went up drastically. The portions were very small and did not include much. Three of us ordered miso cod fish that came with a few vegetables. One of the pieces had tons of bones in it. We all alerted the manager and the waiter, but we were not comped for that dish. However, they took two desserts off. The renovation is simple, nothing fancy for such a big hike in prices and not such good food.

Very good food. Waitress should have asked if we wanted our soup after our salad. Instead salad was brought out first - not what we wished. When rain covering was loosened from top of openings by staff it fell on my head and upper back without any offer to discount our bill or add a dessert, gratis, for example. Very long wait for the lobster bisque - about half an hour. Another long wait for our entrees. Staff was polite and friendly.

Service was excellent waiter was great. Food was delicious only problem was the temp with the steaks we ordered. Asked for medium rare. One was medium and one was rare.

I was disappointed as we used to love this place. We had an 8pm reservation and the only table we could have was in the bar area with the bartender as our server. The server was awesome. I will say with a reservation and being told there will be a 1/2 wait for a table unless we wanted to sit in the extremely loud bar area was very disappointing to say the least. The food was good but if we have to wait a 1/2 an hour to be seated with a reservation or sit in a loud bar area where I could barely here my company talk we will not be going back. The renovation last the charm of the restaurant. The bar overlooking the water is nice but the rest I think was not.

I’ve been going here for years, and this was the first time since the reopening, menu was much smaller that it was, the mussels were good, sushi was good but not as good as it used to be, also less choices in sushi rolls. Caesar salad was not very good not close to what it was. Place looks very nice and the service was excellent like always. Place was very loud, and prices were pretty high.
