The positives: My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal at Mim’s, and our server was warm and friendly. We had a table with a great view and absolutely loved our curry lobster dinners. The negatives: Mim’s ambience is lacking and looks run down. We didn’t appreciate the fact that our meals cost $50 over the listed price range on the menu. It felt like a bait and switch. The cocktails were just okay. While we enjoyed our dinner, we would not return.

Our server was amazing & so was the food! The best!!! I would go at sunset next time though since it is oceanside so that you can experience the view better. It was still lovely at night though.

Bubbles and the rest of the staff at Mim’s contributed to our wonderful experience! The seating outside gave a world class view of the ocean! With the staff and the view as absolute positives it is truly all about the food! My husband and I started with escargot which were tender and tasty!! Get the garlic bread to go with it - we did and were not disappointed!! My husband got the Wahoo which had a wonderful spicy sauce on it - I got the “small” stuffed lobster. Both entrees were perfectly cooked! We also ordered the mixed vegetables which we were wowed by! They were seasoned perfectly! All in all it was our best meal in St Thomas and we will come back and eat at Mim’s again and again!!

This was our second time eating at Mim’s. The food and service were excellent both times. We will definitely be back the next time we visit.

Whenever we visit St. Thomas we always ensure we eat at Mim’s and as always, we weren’t disappointed. The service was friendly, attentive and overall excellent! Even the owner came by to introduce herself and ensure we were having a good time. My personal favorite is the curry lobster but all their dishes are delicious. The ambiance at the water’s side is very scenic and relaxing. Would highly recommend this restaurant.
