Naše 9chodové degustační menu (5 500 Kč/osoba) vytvořil šéfkuchař Toshikazu Kato ve spolupráci s Nicholasem Trosienem, a spojuje japonskou tradici s lokální sezónností. Těšíme se na vaši návštěvu. Welcome to MIRU, an exclusive Japanese Rooftop restaurant with one of the most stunning views in Prague. In Japanese, miru means “view” – and that’s exactly what our MIRU experience offers, with breathtaking sights across the city. Our 9-course degustation menu (5,500 CZK/person) is created by Chef Toshikazu Kato in collaboration with Executive Chef Nicholas Trosien, blending traditional Japanese techniques with seasonal ingredients. Was a once in a life time experience and mostly worth it. The service and venue were extraordinary. The food was also a wonderful experience. Would have enjoyed more Alaskan Crab on the crispy rice dish. I would recommend the non-alcoholic pairing for a heightened experience.

The environment together with the food and atmosphere was incredible. For me the best fine dining restaurant in Prague. I'm looking forward to visit you ones again.

Unbelievably Prague‘s Four Seasons has a rooftop terrace with most probably the best view in Prague and didn‘t put it to use (other than morning Yoga sessions) for years… Luckily one of their chefs had the idea to use it for a Japanese fusion pop-up restaurant in summertime, which was a wonderful idea: Set on a very beautiful rooftop terrace with a Japanese garden and the most beautiful views on to Charles Bridge and the Prague castle this is an absolute gem! Service and attention was fabulous and the atmosphere with only 4 tables is unique. The menu is a 7 course degustation menu of Japanese cuisine with Italian fusion inspirations. Each course consists of several small dishes. The concept is great but the quality and level of elaboration of the individual dishes shows a wide range: While some dishes are absolutely spectacular and on par level with other fine dining restaurants worldwide (Nobu, Asia de Cuba, Zuma…), e.g. the black cod or the Calpis panna cotta, others lack inspiration and taste, e.g. the Tofu in tempura and yet others are of great quality but a bit unfortunate in their combination (poached oyster with mango salad, cold white spaghetti with hamachi carpaccio)… But all in all a great dining experience in an impeccable atmosphere, a terrific view and excellent service!

Amazing food and presentations together with the pairings, all just very delightful. The ambiance,,the view, was amazing. This is our second time ( last year also) and all we can say is that what an amazing experience. Well done.

The service was wonderful - exactly what one expects from a restaurant at a Four Seasons. My husband and I chose the chef's tasting menu (Kaiseki style) paired with beverages (sake, cocktails etc). The presentation of the food was very pleasing, but I just wasn't impressed by the flavor combinations. The concept is, the menu is created by an Italian chef who spent some time in Japan. This is an intriguing concept, but the cuisine just wasn't my preference. We did enjoy the sake-based cocktails though. All in all, a very pleasant evening, but we won't be going back because the food wasn't to our taste.
