Moxies restaurant is a contemporary casual restaurant offering a globally inspired menu and hand crafted cocktails in a vibrant and interactive atmosphere. Moxies has over 50 locations across Canada and 6 US locations in Dallas, Houston and Miami. We are excited for you to experience everything Moxies has to offer!

Moxies St. John’s is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown, a short 10-minute drive from the St. John’s International Airport, and near the Memorial University and Health Sciences Centre. Our menu is developed by Executive Chef, Brandon Thordarson and has dishes for brunch, lunch, and dinner! Come in for a perfectly grilled Sirloin Steak; a warm, comforting bowl of Herb Alfredo; or the Chipotle Mango Chicken, bursting with flavor.     We love Moxie's but the steak was very underwhelming and thus lower rating than I would usually give it. Also, not many kid friendly drinks available other than juices and milk. When the parents are having something exciting, the kids want drinks that look exciting too.

    Family dinner to celebrate Mother’s Day and my wife’s meal (Salmon with no sauce) came out wrong twice. They finally got it right 25 min after everyone else had their meals. The servers came to our table 2 times with meals for other table. We asked for desert menus and the waiter forgot to bring them. Overall, very poor experience from start to finish.

    Drinks ordered but instead of telling us that they did not have all the ingredients they provided something similar and when we questioned this they admitted they did not have everything and just gave us this instead. Very poor service. Also appears that they are understaffed as we waited very long to get served, long times for dinner to arrive, long time for plate clearing (thus we did not order dessert) and a long time to pay. Service here overall has dropped dramatically and we may never return…shame as the food was excellent.
