Visited today again with my friends from Melbourne, outstanding service and food. My friends absolutely loved it and asked the owner to open up a branch in Melbourne. Must visit restaurant if you have friends from interstate or oversees as this is the only Mongolian restaurant in Canberra.

It was a great girls night out dinner of 7 of us. We chose the Kings set dishes which were delicious and unique in taste. Standout were the tartare, pâté, duck and the dessert. We ordered different types of cocktails, all presented beautifully, and my favourite was the aloe u berry much, sweet and light taste. We'll definitely come back.

Amazing food, just an absolute delight to eat there. Such an interesting restaurant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it again. What a find!

Initial service was great, the staff were all very friendly. Food was great, interesting and good variety. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to stay for our dessert of the 5 course dinner even though we’d been there 2 hours already. We waited half hour for our mains and the wines we ordered half way through never arrived. I think they were just too busy and didn’t seem like a lot of staff. Overall it was great till we started getting hungry waiting.

Everything about our evening here was outstanding. The food was exceptional, the yurt added an incredible feeling of authenticity and romance and the hosts were super obliging, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be dining here again.

The experience of Mongolian cuisine was most enjoyable in the setting of the Yurt which provided an authentic ambience. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable .

The genuine Mongolian yurt is so unobtrusive we didn’t know it was there - a colleague mentioned it so we thought we’d try it for a birthday celebration on a Wednesday night. We chose the Kings Set with matched wines. Our waiter was very good at explaining all the dishes and how they had matched the wines. He was attentive without being intrusive. The food was absolutely amazing. It came at just he right pace. The dessert wine was not to our taste but we are not connoisseurs. Planning to go again with Sydney visitors in 2-3 weeks time.
