   My absolute favorite restaurant! It doesn’t get any better than Nobu! I’ve dined at the ones in New York, Las Vegas, Malibu and now New Orleans. So happy to have one close to home. We had the Yellow Tail jalapeño (a favorite), Toro Tartare Caviar (my new fav), Crispy Rice with Tuna (ok, overly fried and crispy), and the Black Cod lettuce wraps ( prefer the entree but good for bite). Service was excellent as well! My only complaint is that it’s inside Caesars Casino and the music was so loud that it was competing for the music in Nobu. It would be nice to have some glass or fabric to block out the casino music and noise.

   We had a later reservation on a Sunday after Jazzfest. We were seated at an absolutely wonderful table. Greeted quickly and got drinks. Server was very informative and we ordered with his help. I was super disappointed they didn't have the black cod that night as I was excited to try their signature dish. Dinner and dessert were amazing. It wasn't very busy and I felt slightly rushed but we will definitely be back.

   Exceptional food and service. I recommend you review the menu before going. Our back was to the casino at Caesars. So it was a little noisy and hard to hear well while dining. Good dining experience for special occasions.

   I have been to many Nobu restaurants. This was very disappointing. It was definitely not up to the usual o u standards!

   The food was delicious and the wait staff did a great job. The only thing that I did not like was that the design of the restaurant lets you hear all of the noise from the casino and they even have seats that make you face the casino which ruins the entire feel of the dinner when you are looking at slot machines the entire time.

   Dinner at NOBU is not just sushi. It’s a dining experience. The flavors are amazing and everything we had was divine. From the crispy rice and spicy tuna and the scallops to the lobster tacos, and the wagyu dumplings that melt in your mouth and the sushi! And let’s not forget the white chocolate dessert that has a hint of lime in the sorbet! It was incredibly light and refreshing. Treat yourself to a wonderful experience and amazing Japanese cuisine.

   Overall.... fantastic! Waiter made the night! Food overall was above and beyond. Little pricey. Definitely do at least once and for special occasions. Did the chefs tasting option Would do again.

   The food was incredible; even for the most insatiable of guests. What was not incredible; was the staff and service. Mid-tier at best; concerning the amount of prestige the name carries; I would fire all of 'em - but that's just me.

    I love the Nobu at Caesar’s! Everything is great. Our server, Victor, was nice and very knowledgeable about the menu.
