   Was great to see people gathered at tables enjoying their dinner when we came in. Perhaps we are beginning to reach near "normal." Service was pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent as usual. My husband tried the Crispy Fried Pork and found his new favorite. My favorite is still the Laulau with poi or rice. The eatery is modest and has only several---not many---tables, so I believe service will continue to be excellent without the restaurant being overcrowded and under-staffed.

   It was my wife’s and my first experience with traditional Hawaiian cuisine. My wife got the laulau pork and I got the kalua pork. We wound up switching plates because she was not a fan of the steamed leaves the pork was wrapped in. I enjoyed the food and the service was VERY friendly and gracious. Overall an enjoyable experience (for me, anyway)

   We loved the recommendations we got from the owner. Because we weren’t familiar with Hawaiian food he brought us samples of things in the menu so we could see what we liked. We loved the pork squid and shrimp. Even tried the poi and found off you eat it with a protein it is good. This is a great find if you want an authentic experience.

   Open about one year. Nice clean place with some old school decor. This place has been busy with take out orders during the Covid.

   It was the silver lining around a dark cloud. It had been raining heavily for over a week, and our original reservation to dine at a pizzaria was cancelled because they had to deal with flooding and plumbing problems. Not having had Hawaiian food in quite a while, we decided to try O'ahu Grill. It's been the best thing that has happened during Covid. It was raining heavily when we arrived, but the food was exceptional and well-worth the unpleasant trip getting to the eatery. The food was not heavily seasoned with salt (like many eateries do with Hawaiian food), the kalua pork was moist and shredded well. The lomi salmon was very fresh and had the right amount of salt. The haupia was not hard---just the right amount of gelatin in it. Will definitely be back.

   The food was great! I'd been wanting to go somewhere with good Hawaiian food, so I'm glad I came here. The server was nice too. I'd definitely go back to this restaurant.

    Excellent service and super friendly staff. Food was delicious and very tasty authentic local food. Good pricing allowed for tasting a number of dishes. Would return next time I am on the Island:)
