The chef’s table at Orange & Olive makes for a truly special night in which you and a few guests can enjoy an individually crafted meal by the chef. And though the chef’s table menu changes often, some examples of the multi-course offerings can you can expect to enjoy include the salmon tartar, the kefir lime soup, the 62-degree egg with leeks and duck crackling, lamb lollipops, homemade ravioli, roasted quail and decadent desserts, such as poached pear in maple syrup and chocolate pudding with ganache and vanilla ice cream. Orange and Olive Caterers and Chef’s Table also caters weddings, graduation parties and any special event you wish.     Everything was excellent. We expect these 3 24-year old men to be a great success. What fun to come up to the cooking area and watch the food preparation! Beautiful creative presentations in a relaxed welcoming homey atmosphere They have everything it takes .

    This meal was truly wonderful. What an experience it was to be able to watch our 10+ course tasting menu be prepared right in front of us. Each course delighted and surprised us with amazing flavors, local ingredients and beautiful presentation. Orange and Olive is a hidden gem in jersey city and the chefs there show true talent. It is a warm friendly environment, not stuffy at all. It's a little rustic meets industrial. We had a wonderful time!
