   It was great to be able to dine here again! There menus is very limited compared to what it’s been in the past; however, there are still great options!

   This is one of our favorite casual dining restaurants in downtown COS. We were so happy when we heard that they'd reopened after all the rumors swirling that they'd not come back after Covid-19. The service, as always, was terrific. Aiden is just so much fun! The food was very good, too. The only issue right now is that the menu is extremely limited. Having just opening back up, it is understandable. We were there for lunch right at or a little past noon. There were 3 or 4 people out on the patio, and the 6 of us (2 adults and 4 kids). One other person came in, alone. With it being so slow, their awesome, full menu just isn't sustainable or cost effective right now. I guess the take home is that we need to support our favorite places so that they can get things back to normal. I, for one, am certainly looking forward to that!

   Enjoyed lunch for 4. Food was excellent. Portions appropriate. Service was spotty, but acceptable. Would have liked more checks from wait staff.

   Made a reservation. Got in very quickly. Then it took over an hour to get any of my food. It wasn't until we told them we were leaving in 15 minutes that they brought out a plate of food for us. And one of the dishes wasn't even what we ordered.

   They were out of a lot on the menu. Our server was putting up with a lot from fellow staff but we excellent to us. The food was good my meal was amazing but everyone else’s was “just okay”.

   We made reservations for a 40th birthday celebration for a party of 12. When we arrived they had two tables which would have half our party back to back, we had to move the tables to make one table. Then the server comes to get drinks and informs us their menu is changing the following week and over half the appetizers and 4-5 items on the dinner menu are unavailable. Several of us received incorrect food orders and drink orders. The food was ok, but definitely not worth the price of moderately priced restaurant. On a bright note, after dinner we went downstairs and they band was great, however the service at the bar was incredibly slow.

   Overall we made our experience great because we were out to celebrate and have fun. When we first arrived at our scheduled reservation we were told that another party was sat at our table because the hostess double booked several reservations but that wasn’t super bad because they were able to seat us again in about 10-15 minutes. Several foods we wanted on the menu they were out of so that was kinda disappointing since that was about 4 separate meals. Some of our cocktails were in glasses and some were in plastic cups which was a bit odd. But we still enjoyed it very much the food we had tasted great, the bathrooms were very clean and well kept and the bar and food was pretty quick with how busy they were and we enjoyed playing pool downstairs. This is a place I would come to again and recommend to friends. We just came out on a Friday and that’s probably why they ran out of food and glasses but no big deal!

    The Service was Awesome! The food was sooooo good! I had the Surf & Turf that was on the special Valentine’s Day menu. The pretty in Pink drink was very good too. Loved the ambience of the restaurant. Also, loved the cream cheese filled bacon wrapped jalapeños. Would highly recommend Oskar Blues!
