Serving Sweet and Savory scones with featured butters, assorted house made Petitfours, Devilled Eggs, French Onion Tart, Croque Madam, Finger Sandwiches and Quiche. Based in British Columbia, Esquimalt has earned international acclaim for their small-batch vermouths and aperitifs, known for their depth, balance, and botanical complexity. Throughout the evening, select courses will be paired with Esquimalt’s vermouths served neat, while others will feature cocktails designed to highlight their versatility and character. This special dinner is a celebration of seasonal cuisine done by Chef Junell Mission, exceptional craft, and the vibrant collaboration between two proudly Canadian makers. Guests will also have the unique opportunity to meet Quinn Palmer, one of the owners of Esquimalt, and hear firsthand the story behind one of Canada’s most celebrated vermouth producers.
