Very nice place , the staff is great, the mocktails is amazing, food very good, one small but very small minus is carpark but this one is not stop me to coming next time ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

My favourite restaurant ever. Im not from Coventry but have no issues travelling as it is that good. Service, decor, comfort, food and atmosphere is outstanding.

Should be clearly indicated in the ad that it is alcohol free , very noisy , waiters asking guests to pass dishes and dirty plates

It was really nice experience..this is the 2nd time we went there..it was nice welcoming and the staffs are really amazing...food was really delicious..The staffs were really helped me to gave birthday surprise for my boyfriend,as I wish..overall it was nice experience..

It was obvious that they gave our table to someone because the lad on the front desk needed some time to find our table and had a chat with her colleague and after they put us on the second floor which was empty. We were alone there with only few other tables after a while without staff. They brought wrong order for shisha and difficult to find the person to fix it or refresh it because they were mainly downstairs. It was cold and very isolate.

Awful experience! Drove an hour for the disappointment. Firstly booked food and shisha but was seated food only. Table wasn’t laid out, or cleaned prior to seating us. Table booked for 8.30pm, 9pm, I had to ask to order a drink as staff pacing up and down and have no clue what they are doing. 9.15pm had to ask to place order for food as not one staff member had came back to greet us after seating us at 8.30pm. It was absolutely pathetic to be honest. 9.30pm drink arrived. Had to ask again at 10pm where the main meal was at as people was coming in and receiving meals quite quickly so it was obvious our food order had been missed. Had to ask again about meal, by now I was actually annoyed and hungry. The service was diobolical. No organsiation, no structure to the evening. DJ playing, large screen tv’s on with festival going on. 10pm I don’t want to see babies and 10th at olds on a Saturday night. Have a cut off for children. The place is aesthetically beautiful but that’s about it! Food mediocre! Customer service doesn’t exist! Nothing good to say about this place. If you’re looking for a decent place to dine with adult company, this is not the place! Very low level operations! Very disappointing!
