NoCo Pastaria is located in the rural area of northern Berkshire County in North Adams, Massachusetts. It is worth the drive to enjoy pasta that is fresh made daily and menu items made from locally sourced ingredients. In order to take advantage of seasonal produce, the Italian menu is ever-changing. There are a number of specialty pasta dishes on the menu, including homemade meat lasagna as well as a vegetarian lasagna made with butternut squash and kale. Diners can also opt to create their own pasta dish by choosing one of the homemade vegan-friendly pasta types, one of four sauces and six different toppings. A house specialty at NoCo Pastaria is the butternut squash campanelle. In addition to pasta, NoCo Pastaria also offers marsala, saltimbocca, piccata and shrimp scampi.

Restaurant was closed ! I'm disappointed that Open Table did not alert me. We understand that the place was closed perhaps a few months ago? And yet, I received a confirmation of my table the day before.

A pretty good place in every way. The outstanding thing was the house made pasta, which was impressive. Meat sauce was watery. Service trying hard. Maybe too hard.

The room was quite warm for openers. We ordered mussels for an appetizer and they arrived without the sausage indicated on the menu. They were tepid. My pasta carbonara was a giant gooey mess that was also very tepid with soggy bacon ( did not taste like pancetta ) and had no sauce. It was very disappointing and actually made me ill during the night and into the next day. No one else in the party had this entree and no one else was ill. As a final note the 9 dollar glass of wine was substandard. I will not return and will warn friends to stay away.

Our first time there. We were on vacation from Texas and saw the recommendation on Yelp. The food was very good and excellent service. We dined on the patio and enjoyed it very much.

Had the shrimp and sausage special and it was very good. Others ordered the clam sauce and it was not as good as the last time we were there. Also got the strawberry custard dessert but was a little disappointed that it was like a cream instead of a custardy consistency, the presentation was very nice. Good wine. Overall it was a good experience
