The food was very good and they gave generous portions. The music was loud so for me it was not conducive to conversation. For people who like loud music, food and service were great. I would not go there again because I like to have conversation during dinner.

I made the reservation because it was in walking distance to hotel. I ordered an appetizer of half doz oysters, the oysters were fresh and delicious. They only have oyster crackers so I guess that is a NYC thing. The two shrimp cocktail (complimentary) were good. I also ordered the ribeye steak. I always order steak med rare to ensure it is tender. This was the blandest steak I have ever eaten in my life. Totally devoid of basic seasoning. No salt or pepper etc. if I am hungry I will eat there again but will not order steak. I took my leftover steak to my room to eat later.

My wife and I went in for a late dinner after a long day moving. We had a shrimp cocktail that was delicious and the best part of our meal. My wife had a burger which was fine. I ordered the filet mignon and it was way over cooked, not tender and not very flavorful. The asparagus I ordered for a side were good and we both enjoyed them. I chose not to say anything at the time about the steak as I was exhausted from moving all day and just wanted to eat and not wait for it to be replaced. We agreed if we ever go back we will order way more shrimp and skip the steak.

Casual and busy restaurant near Times Square. Good for burgers and raw oysters. Everything is a la carte, so no fries with the burger. Makes the restaurant expensive for the type of food, but it is Times Square and the Theater District. Food is average. Waitress was attentive.

Pre theater dinner. Avocado toast with smoked salmon appetizer/ was not my thing but my dining companion enjoyed. She had the shrimp and chips an abundance of chips but shrimp was good. I had lobster cobb salad was heavy on the greens and dressing was not as good as last time. Had plenty of lobster. The happy hour wine prices were fantastic

Love the whole vibe of the place, drinks were good, service was good, but the food was sorta bland and not that exciting. The Lamb burger was just a big burger with a slab of feta on English muffin. stark presentations. The Chicken Sandwich should delicious and was very bland. Again, just sandwich on a plate. However my oysters were delicious, fresh and the presentation was great! I wish the food was a little better.
