Not A GOOD 1st IMPRESSION. Waitress rushed us, interrupted us, ruined experience Our waitress was more interested in rushing us than providing an experience deserving of your upscale menu and ambience. She was not sensitive to us being in the middle of a conversation. Instead of waiting for a pause, she consistently interrupted us in mid sentence. She presented us with the desert menu, when we weren’t even finished with the entree She presented us with the bill before finishing our desert. AN upscale restaurant like yours needs to train your staff to realize they are providing an experience for patrons, not just taking orders and delivering food. While we frequently dined at Farina ALto, this was our first experience at Pazzi and it was NOT A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION

Sunday brunch menu offers the classics, but done with sophistication. Chef’s fresh-baked pastries were an irresistible amuse bouche. The new dinner menu draws us back and the staff are really on their game. Kudos especially to Lorenzo and Ian, both professional and fun. Overall, this neighborhood spot we had stopped going to is definitely back on our list!

Excellent service. Poor food especially for the prices. The steak tasted like Outback at twice the price. It's a restaurant that wants to be high-end but lacks a chef to take it there. If it cut it's prices by a third it would be good value.

Early dinner. Server was new and still learning. Very concerned that she was doing everything to ensure we had a good experience. Personable but maybe a bit nervous. My partner had the Luna Verde pizza (small) and thought the toppings could have been better applied. They were sparse. I had the Carne Royale pizza (small) and it was delicious. We both felt the small size was more than enough to satisfy our "senior" appetite. We previewed the menu prior to arriving at the restaurant. We almost did not meet our reservation based on reviews and price comments. We do think the prices are on the high side, but the quality of servings was very good. Raquel was our waitress. As noted, she is new and seemed a bit nervous. She did great but may need some tutoring on wines.

We had excellent service, and the food/menu appears to be as good as it was in the 'Farina Alto' days. I have a BIG issue with the pizza; I had asked for it to be baked 'crispy'. It was hard to tell if that request was honored because the pizza had been doused with liquid! Not thick sauce...but liquid! (probably unthickened balsamic). I've never had pizza served that way. The crust, obviously, was gummy because it had absorbed the liquid. As an alternative to dousing the food with liquid, may I suggest a small side pitcher so the customer can add liquid to the pizza if it is wanted? I am a bit of a foodie and like to cook, but it's possible that I missed the memo about a new rage for dousing pizza with liquid.

We went for an earlier dinner on Saturday. Service was excellent, food was delicious & the value was high for that meal.

This was our first visit with friends. We loved the atmosphere. We were seated at a booth promptly. Our server appeared to be somewhat inexperienced, checking a little too frequently and forgot to get one of our drinks. She didn’t ask if we wanted dessert. Then when we did get our dessert, she stacked a plate on top of it as she was asking if we were finished. We were not! We felt rushed, even though we were only there 90 minutes. She was embarrassed. Very sweet but maybe needs a little more training. The food was great. I had the ceaser salad and the scallops with risotto. My husband loved the lasagna. The apple rhubarb pie was very good too. We will return.
