Server couldn’t get us out of there fast enough and the place was full of open tables. Took our food as we were still chewing. Took our drink glasses not quite finished and then at the end came for the card payment before I even signed and was annoyed that I hadn’t. We didn’t even stay an hour. Food was average, like warm like it had been sitting which is so odd for this place, we frequent PF Changs in Chicago and it is fabulous, Boston was a disappointment. And it needs a good cleaning. The windows and window sills had remnants from past diners.

Not the P.F. Chang’s I experienced years ago. Lettuce wraps served with romaine, very difficult to eat. Pad Thai tasteless. Greeted by a hostile hostess that turned out to be our server…. Disappointing, won’t be returning.

Service was slow and unacceptable, management was not visible. We are regular patrons at this location, so we know that they can do better.

The food is always good. This time service was lacking. Our food was delivered with no plates- asked three times and finally got up and got them ourselves Drinks took time- it was not busy when we arrived at 5:15 on a Saturday- so not sure why there was such a delay. Luckily our show was at 7:30- so we had time!

The empty restaurant should have been our first clue. Food was flavorless, and not hot. Restaurant was not clean,. We were never asked if we wanted a beverage refill. Don’t know what happened to PF Changs, it used to be so good.

We came here for lunch before a play at Emerson theater. It is so close to the venue and was barely crowded. We were greeted right away and served drinks. Food was delicious and quick.

We had 5 people and seated at a half moon table which was a bit uncomfortable, I would have preferred a round table. Otherwise, everything was great, food, service excellent.

Enjoyed a nice dinner with my daughter. Our server Tessa was outstanding. She was very pleasant and told us about the special cocktail available. My daughter tried it and enjoyed it very much. Our food was tasty and came as ordered. The restaurant was not crowded for a Friday night. We were seated in a booth at my request. Glad we made the visit. I look forward to coming back!
