I have to say if it was the first time I had eaten here I would never come back. The salmon my wife always had was dried out and also very small. We all had soup and the crispy wontons for the soup were not crispy and very stale. One of the people had a shrimp dish that was not edible. So it was a very bad experience for all of us.

They had our reservation but did not have a table for us. It was Mother's Day and our plans were ruined.

Had 7:15 reservation arrived at 7:10 was still waiting at 8:10. Staff were un organized and and move with no sense of urgency. After waiting I refused to spend my money at this restaurant. PF Chang has fallen

Use the restaurant’s website for your reservation. We were told that the Open Table reservations don’t always show up on their system. They were very nice and honoured our reservation even though they could not find it in their records.

It was Valentine’s Day. Even with a reservation, it took quite some time to be seated. Apparently the bar tender walked out so our server was assisting her customers and helping at the bar. Food took an hour to come out and was satisfactory not as good as it should have been

This restaurant took on too many reservations or were not fully staffed. We were told that the kitchen wasn’t able to get entrees out for 45 minutes to an hour but we decided that was not uncommon for a busy Valentines Day. We sat down at 6:10pm and by 7:30pm we told the server to cancel our order. It was no longer worthwhile. I’d mention that the server only came back 1-2x during that whole hour and a half. I won’t mention all the other things that were poor about this visit because it is way too much.

After driving an hour and a half to get there the location first told us we didn’t have a reservation. When I shoulder them the confirmation from open table they told us P.f. chang’s isn’t working with OpenTable anymore and refused to seat us. They said we could wait but they were backed up a couple of hours and we would have to wait like everyone else. Please tell me what’s going on here? Very frustrating and unpleasant experience

DO NOT USE OPEN TABLE: the restaurant claims they do not accept open table reservations. They blame it on OpenTable and say that they will not remove them from their site. Arrived at 4:10 for 430 reservation and was immediately told that we did not have a reservation or a call ahead. Because it was a Saturday and immediately after Christmas, we had over a 45 minute wait for four people. We were not the only ones who came in to find their reservation, didn’t exist.
