   Food and service was good but had to pay to park thru a parking app. Credit card# was stolen and used on a website. I am sure PF Changs have nothing to do with parking, but I doubt if we take the risk again. There is free parking a couple blocks away but we thought this lit would be safe.

   The food was not great . Everything overcooked and really dried . Even the fried rice that they extra charge you for it was not good . Service was good . But the food really was not worth the price .

   Second time at this location where they say my open table reservation wasn’t there… hostess was so rude about it!

   PF Changs always provides excellent food coupled with good service. This visit I enjoyed some new menu options and my waitress was excellent.

   Everything has gone down and especially the food. Prices are very high, and the music is so loud it’s impossible to hold a conversation

   Spicy chicken wasn't spicy and lo mein noodles were more like packaged ramen. I've eaten there many times. This time was disappointing

    It had been 5 years since my previous visit because of poor service. We decided to try it again, mistakenly, for Valentines. I made reservation a month in advance, we arrived a little early, notified the Front desk and waited for a text the table was ready. 15min later we were escorted to a bar table ! First of all, we do not expect to sit at a bar table unless we are just getting drinks and snacks, secondly these table had been vacant when we arrived, we both refused and informed the hostess we wanted a table. Once seated, our waitress arrived and apparently did not want to be there or wait on our table. It was apparent, in the row of tables we were at, she only waited on us. We ordered drinks and waited to the point we were giving her 5 minutes more before we left, ,,,they finally arrived but again we this attitude. While the meal tasted fine the presentation made it look pre-cooked and re-heated. This will be the last time I eat there.
