Service: Our server, Al, was OK. Food: Bland and lacking flavor. We ordered Kung pao beef, kung pao chicken and sushi. Cooks: Were not coordinated. We were a party of 3. Two people in our party got their food at the same time while the third person had to wait a while to get the third plate (sushi). Atmosphere: It was hard to enjoy our meal when the timing was off.

MEDIOCRE My family and I have been customers for many years. They still need improvement. SERVICE: Slow/mediocre. The hostess should always be at the greeting desk, but she wasn't. Not cool to show up at an empty desk. FOOD: Mediocre. The kungpao beef & kungpao chicken were unseasoned and bland. The sushi was not fresh. The cooks were uncoordinated and slow. We were a party of 3. The server brought 2 main dishes to my guests while I ordered sushi. I had to wait a while for my sushi while my guests started eating their hot food. When dishes are brought to a table, it should be coordinated so everybody enjoys it at the same time. POORLY executed dining experience. AMBIANCE: A+

Service & atmosphere is always excellent. I ordered sushi, and after a few minutes, the manager came to tell me they were out of sushi. No sushi for me😞

Just ok. Not the same as before. Lettuce wraps tofu not as good, the ma po not as tangy, just overall downhill from a decade ago.

Mother’s Day diner reservation. Get there, have to wait for table. Server comes by and gets our order and doesn’t question an order that has different choices and I being ignorant of the choices don’t question it so I get a subpar order of popcorn chicken that was mostly dried chicken pieces and fried bread. I could get better popcorn chicken at jack in the box. Ordered their lo mein as an upgrade to the entree and discovered it was just noodles… no vegetables in it at all… they were dry and overly garlic tasting. The main dish was mostly fried bread with an over powering sauce and very little vegetables…. If you are looking for Chinese food DO NOT GO TO PF CHANGS. Horrible first impression, I mistakenly thought it would be okay since it’s a well known brand. Never again.
