Our waitress was great. Same great food and it came out quick. We will be back.

Worst food I have ever had at PF Chang and at this Syracuse location. Something has changed. No flavor at all in dynamite Shrimp. Sesame chicken was all tiny pieces of breading, over cooked, if there was chicken it was turned into rubber. Brussels same issue as shrimp- no flavor. Server was lovely but everything took way way too long. We left disappointed and won’t be back.

The service was uneven, some items coming quickly others had a long wait. The table was not bussed quickly, at times, not at all. For four adults the check approached almost $250 for not a great deal of food and beverages.

We waited over two hours before we were even brought glasses of water. We were ignored when our water was empty. Two hours in and still no drinks or appetizer. We noticed some people that came after us were getting served drinks and appetizers. When entrees came out, it was missing my side, which an hour later hadn’t made it to the table. We canceled it and left. Still over $100 for two poorly made drinks, some chicken (without my lo mein) and some beef with overcooked fried rice. Not sure the reasons. Seemed like other couples with different servers were moving at a faster, albeit slow pace. Either way, it’s a failure of management and we will not be going back.

My daughter love this place! We try to make it when I’m in Syracuse to visit. The bartender Jaimie always does an amazing job!
