Pho Cambridge is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options.

We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also offer an entirely gluten free dessert menu with dishes like Pandan waffles, condensed milk ice cream and a Vietnamese affogato.

Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular dietary restrictions. We are also accredited by Coeliac UK.

Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too.

    We both enjoyed our wedding anniversary meal at Pho, Cambridge having had the foresight to book our table beforehand as we know how busy this restaurant can be. This is a busy restaurant and we dined on the first floor where the noise level is slightly less than dining on the busier ground floor. Our waitress was attentive and friendly and our starters, which was shared between us, was excellent especially the baby squid. My wife had the Pho chicken whilst I had the Pho king prawn noodle curry whilst we both enjoyed our respective main dishes I found the king prawns were large but tasteless. After our meal I started to feel bloated and put this down to the large dish that I had just eaten however on the drive home I felt increasingly 'uncomfortable' and needed the 'rest room' as soon as we arrived home and fortunately just in time. As I had not eaten since mid morning and the only dish that I had eaten that was not shared then I can only assume that it was the king prawns that made me feel that evening, not a pleasant way to end an anniversary! In fairness as regular customers to Pho, this is the first time I have had an issue regarding their food.

    Wonderful meal as always at Pho. Highly recommend the crispy spring rolls and pork rice bowl, both delicious.

    Food was great, service fast and friendly, a little pricey. But worth the few extra quid.

    Not disability-friendly! I visited Pho Cambridge with my family including my 70 year old dad who has a disability and struggles with the stairs. When we arrived we were told that the toilets were on the 2nd floor up two flights if stairs and there were no disabled toilets on the premises due to it being an old building. The staff were very apologetic but we were disappointed that we were not told this when we booked and were surprised that they couldn't cater for disabled customers. Aside from that the food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive.

    I've enjoyed this restaurant for a few years, however in the last months (or probably a year) the quality, the freshness and especially the portions decreased significantly. I appreciate the impact of Covid19, inflation and the difficulty of staying in business for restaurants, hence the shrinkflation, however my serving of pho on Sunday afternoon for example, was really small: very few pieces of (overcooked) meat and few noodles. Also the freshness of herbs and bean sprouts (very few) was questionable. The spring roll was a bit greasier than usual. I'm sorry to leave a bad review as this was one of my favourite restaurants, however my last experience was not a one-off... Hopefully things will go back to what they were.
