Was well looked after by the front of house. Impressed by the decor. Nice seats not too close to other diners. Starter was tasty and hot. The main course arrived but the food was warm....Had to send back the prawn risotto as it needed heating up. My steak was also not hot and the potatoes were warm at best. No apology when I paid the bill, instead, 'do you want to leave a tip?'

The food was fine, I may even say delicious! There was a touch of creativity in each dish! Service was excellent, very pleasant staff! The price is a but higher than regular, but it worth it. Please, note that there may be a problem with finding a parking in the area.

Cancelled my reservation with no explanation today 6th October and just looked at me blankly when I showed my reservation on my app. Totally disorganised!

What an awful experience we had today! Awful customer service! Last time I gave 5 stars today 1! Why? Because I booked through open table for 3 but no one reserved a table for us. Instead they claimed that I didn't say where I wanted to sit. These awful staff were lying to my face that I didn't say where as they don't know that on Open Table in order to book I have to choose standard or outdoors and I booked standard as we are non smokers. Instead of apologising and tell us to wait a bit and they would accommodate us they went in defensive mode and said that us not their fault and they just work there! So basically it was my fault that I made the booking! While chatting a table was made available next to the 2 doors and they gave it to us even though they were still left overs from the previous people. They just left us 2 menus and I ordered 2 coffees which they never served to us. They just ignored us because they were very offended and just waited for us to leave. Once our friend arrived we all left and noone cared about us. What a terrible way to treat people on New Year's eve.
