We’re proud to introduce Flourish, our new Summer tasting menu. This menu is a celebration of abundance, capturing the energy of Summer at its peak. Inspired by the ease of outdoor meals and the joy of gathering, Flourish brings bold, expressive ingredients to the forefront; sun-ripened, vibrant, and full of flavour. This is a season defined by bold ingredients and natural generosity. We build each dish around what’s tasting its best right now, working closely with local producers to bring forward vibrant, flavour-driven plates that speak to the season. As you move through the ten-course menu, you’ll experience a progression of flavours that showcase our favourite seasonal ingredients, treated with care, and always evolving. The experience begins with a curated snack selection, followed by a series of composed plates that highlight the richness and rhythm of the season. Flourish is offered nightly and lasts approximately two and a half to three hours. Optional wine pairings are available to complement the energy and character of each dish. The menu changes regularly to reflect the availability of ingredients, ensuring every visit offers something new to discover.

Our In Bloom menu is a five-course tasting experience that offers a curated expression of our seasonal cooking. Built on the same philosophy as our Flourish menu—peak ingredients, thoughtful sourcing, and a strong sense of place—In Bloom delivers a focused progression of dishes with the same care and intention behind every plate that our full menu offers.
