The music could have been two notches lower, but the vibe, interior design, food and cocktails were great. Very trendy for St Clair.

A very disappointing experience in the end. I had been to Rosa's a few weeks prior and really enjoyed the food, even though there was a hiccup or two. So I was really excited to bring my husband here on a date night. The ambiance was a bit obtrusive, very loud music that made conversation difficult, but no worries, I appreciate it was a Friday night and it's a party mood. A little unfortunate the music wasn't good, however. We were seated promptly and when asked if we wanted some water, we both ordered our drinks at the same time. This means we ordered our drinks at 820 pm. By 850 pm, when we hadn't received our drinks still, I stood up and asked what was up. No one was apologetic. Our 'drinks were up next', except then our server had to hop behind the bar to make them, as they were clearly not up next. As a couple who have decades of restaurant experience between them, we understand mistakes can happen. It's how you deal with the mistakes that matter. When a customer is taking the time to tell you in person that something is amiss - which I did multiple times throughout the night, as a 30 minute wait for drinks was not the only misstep - they are giving you the chance to fix it on the spot. Fixing a problem can come in many forms, but ours were never acknowledged. When I been there a few weeks back, upon receiving the bill, my very timid friend did let them know why she had left her Paloma completely untouched - because it didn't taste good. They insisted she should have let them know prior to the bill. Well, clearly she shouldn't have, because they don't take feedback into action. (PS the paloma's rim was still awful this time around too, it's a bitter paprika rim for some reason) This place is off of our list, which is really unfortunate. The suggested tip is after tax, heads up.

Amazing food and great service. Our server, Alice, really went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. And the food… wow… we will definitely be back

I’ve been to Rosa’s before and always had a great experience, so I was excited to bring two friends with me — one of whom was trying it for the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was underwhelming and disappointing. Our server, Joey, seemed disinterested throughout the evening. Despite the restaurant being quiet, service was slow and her attitude came off as though serving us was an inconvenience. When my friend asked for a drink recommendation between the Caipirinha and the Spring Fling, Joey offered little explanation beyond “it’s easier to drink” and recommended the Caipirinha. My friend didn’t enjoy it and didn’t drink it at all, but when she asked to order something else, Joey made it clear the drink would remain on the bill. There was no effort to check why or offer any empathy — it felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive. Later in the evening, we received a call about a family emergency and had to leave right away. We had just ordered another drink, which hadn’t yet been made. We asked Joey to cancel it and bring us our bills, but she said no before even checking with the bar. Despite explaining that we had to leave urgently, the drink was made anyway and brought to the table — even though my friend (who was driving) clearly couldn’t drink it. When we asked again to have it removed from the bill, Joey said she couldn’t do it without a manager. She left and returned just a couple of minutes later with a revised bill — unclear if a manager was even contacted. We left feeling disappointed by the lack of care, empathy, and flexibility — especially in a situation that called for a bit of understanding. I’ve had great experiences at Rosa’s in the past, but this visit really missed the mark

espectacular y delicioso , drinks were amazing. . I had birria tacos,ceviche churros were yum everything came super fast so if you’re really hungry and you want fast service this place got it. Jordan was super friendly, super helpful. The bartender in this place is killer. Amazing drinks. the DJ was dropping some crazy amazing music. The whole five was like a vacation. I really enjoyed myself.
