The restaurant is the dream project of Chef Sachi who has worked tirelessly to develop a Menu that spans from the traditional to more adventurous greatly influenced by culture and skills learned through years of working with Indian and French cooking techniques.

Born in India, Sachi has a distinguished career as a Chef and has a passion for sourcing and incorporating the best quality local produce into his menus. A desire to expand his knowledge and experience further brought him to the UK from India in 2008 to join celebrity Chef Raymond Blanc’s restaurant ‘Brasserie Blanc’ in Leeds where he, later on, became the Head Chef. He also worked as a Head Chef in the restaurants like ‘Bistrot Pierre’, Ilkley, ‘Fleece’ in Addingham. Before that Sachi worked in some of the finest hotel restaurants in India including ‘Olive Beach’ in Bangalore, ‘Leela Palace’ in Goa, ‘Trident Hilton’ in Delhi and Kochi, ‘Club Mahindra’ in Goa.

Excellent menu choice, not overpriced and very nicely presented. Midweek visit so very quiet. A real shame because restaurants this good deserve better.

This was our first visit to Sachi’s on a recommendation and overall was very pleased. Two of the party had salmon main course but were not totally overwhelmed the veg was superb, wine selection?? but reasonably priced service from start to finish faultless and pleased with cost

This was the first visit here. We loved the food and the ambience was just right. The staff were very brilliant and the service was excellent. We will definitely be going back

Food excellent once again. The atmosphere is a little dull because of the layout of the restaurant but the food and the service makes up for that and if more people cottoned on to the quality of this place then the ambience would also improve. Recommend that you should try this restaurant.

Fantastic food really enjoyed the chicken curry Best I have ever had. The music was a little loud but they turned it down for us. Festive season though. Great night thank you

We paid our third or fourth visit to Sachi's last Friday night and it was as good as ever. Really tasty food, well presented, fairly priced, with friendly, efficient but unobtrusive service in a spacious, relaxing environment. What's not to like? Why, then, has it never been very busy when we've been in? Perhaps it's because of the location - at the far end of an arcade, off the main car park, with all other units (Specsavers, charity shop etc.) being closed in the evenings. Yes, there are signs at the arcade entrance for 'Sachi's' and a menu board but some people will just walk past without venturing into the arcade. And at the rear of the building overlooking the side street, the old signs for '4 Kitchens' are still up and lit,and this perhaps adds a bit of confusion. Also some people just like to be seen - as evidenced by a well populated 'Broadleys' just along the way directly overlooking the car park. Whatever the reason, if diners, whether visitors or residents, are just walking past I urge you to give it a try. It would be a shame if this excellent, independent restaurant fell by the wayside - Ilkely needs places like this.

This was my third visit to Sachi's. I have been consistently impressed with the standard of cooking and presentation of the food. The service has been excellent always. Highly recommended!
