The experience should have been a good one, but from the moment we sat down at our broken table.it was a debacle. From setting our wine bottle on the table unopened and walking away, to the hair in the main course and the "manager" not introducing himself when we asked for him and then chastising our server while we were still present. The whole meal was awkward, longer than it should have been and bordered between mediocre and unpleasant. The sides were quite good and some of the unique dishes were quite good. Overall our table of 6 gives it a 2 out of 10. My highlight was watching them sit 2 other groups at our broken table and their subsequent request to move 15 minutes later. They finally took the broken table off the floor and replaced it with a folding table. The party that then sat there didn't have to worry much about it because after 25 minutes they still didn't have drink service, so they walked out.

Drinks were good, food was even better. Wish the band had started on time so we could have enjoyed more live music, but what we heard was nice. Dance floor is a bit understated (small & crowded). Overall, fun environment & good meal.

Where do I begin. I suggested this place since I visited previously and had a great experience, not knowing this time would be a disaster. We arrived with a party of 7 and was seated fairly quickly. We got our drinks but for some reason it took them 30min after everyone got theirs to bring my husband his sprite. Appetizers were great! Then we had dinner from hell. After waiting 2 hours for our entrees with a half empty restaurant our food came out nearly cold and the food and tasted mediocre. The manager acted like he didn’t really care but after I made a fuss he credited 2 of the meals but I was left paying for the rest. This was my mother’s Birthday dinner thanks for ruining it!

It was our first time to dine at Sambuca, and we really enjoyed it. Our waiter gave us suggestions for cocktails, and they were wonderful. Our food was delicious. The only negative we experienced was later when I received an email from Open Table stating I hadn’t honored my reservation, when in fact we did. I sent back a response that we had indeed enjoyed dinner at Sambuca and it worked out. I guess the hostess failed to check us in, maybe??? But it was a wonderful date night!! We will definitely return!!

Our waiter must have been new. He kept getting our orders mixed up, and left off two requests which ultimately we went without. When the bills came, he returned our change to the wrong person. Also, disappointed to see that pizza is no longer on the menu at lunch time.
