   Sarti was great however will never use OpenTable again as when I called to check the reservation, the restaurant had no record of booking. Luckily Sarti was still able to accommodate our part of two. 10 out of 10 for Sarti - Zero for OpenTable

   Service was good to begin with but then dropped off once a table for 9 behind us was seated and had to be served. We had to keep drawing server’s attention to water and wine topups when earlier in the evening it was done unobtrusively as expected.

   Ordered the Chefs Menu (4 courses) which lasted for well over 2 hours with a 45 minute wait between our entree and main which was quite irritating. The meals themselves were well balanced and flavourful.

   We had a great night here. Sarti was close to our hotel and we found it on Apple Maps. The service was great and the set menu option was brilliant. And the make a great Martini.

   Great space, excellent taste/creativity/presentation of all menu items. We had the Chef's Selection, and what the chef selected for us was fabulous all around. What a shame that the service was so lackluster. Server's English skills were lacking, and attentiveness was just plain poor. Yeah, everything worked out in the end, but there was a real mismatch between the quality of the food and the quality of the service. Get it together, Sarti--you're better than that.

   Second visit and will be back again. Italian with a twist, great service and atmosphere, drinks menu extensive and great desserts.

   We had a bumpy start when, on arrival, I was told I didn’t have a booking. I had booked through OpenTable and perhaps the fault was with that booking service rather than the restaurant. Taken as a walk-in, I was given a choice between a tiny table and a larger one at the kitchen door. Soon, however, it was acknowledged I was as a booked guest and everything improved thereafter. My table was changed to large and comfy and the service morphed to impeccable. The menu is a little limited for those like me who eat neither pork nor shellfish. However, I found the trout and the trout found me. I mean, it was excellent - sashimi on the inside and prepared with reverence and love. I would suspect the pork and shellfish lovers would have the same fine experience with their plates. Though I’m not a lover of salads (picky little fella, isn’t he?), I chose the green leaf with nuts. Excellent choice! - it was yummy and it all went down and very nicely thank you. I would be happy to return though, next time, I might consider booking by phone directly with the restaurant rather than through OpenTable.

    The lunch menu for Restaurant Express offered several selections for each course, and each was an interesting and healthy option. Four of us ordered a variety of these and were very impressed by the quality of the food and presentation. Service was friendly, efficient and helpful. Decor was muted and the sound level low which provided a very pleasant environment for conversation. We all enjoyed our meals and will happily return.
