   Menu was small, but good variety. The food we had was really tasty and fresh. Service was terrific and fast. We were there for a work day lunch, and easily in and out in under an hour. I appreciate that they offer free parkade parking if you make a reservation, and it was easy to access. Beautiful lounge environment.

   My wife and I went here for YYC EXP 2024. The food was exceptional and the service was great. We were surprised how empty it was, however it also was a Sunday evening. Overall, highly recommend.

   We decided to try Shoe and Canoe as part of the YYC Food Experience and it turned out to be a great decision. The food was excellent and the service matched it. We’ll definitely go back again.

   The food and service were excellent our server Melanie was perfect, prompt, friendly, and deficient throughout the meal. Both of our meals were excellent. In every way we could not have asked for better. The only criticism was the live singer was very loud and overwhelming in the dining area and we could not really talk.

   We visited during the YYC Food Experience. While the food was good, it didn’t quite wow us due to a lack of depth in flavor. The duck carpaccio was tender but overly salty and lacking in other flavors. The braised bison short rib was extremely tender and delicious, while the charred cauliflower was very tasty. However, the grains mix and asparagus were quite bland. Our server’s warm, genuine, and friendly approach made a real difference, one of the best we’ve ever had and truly elevated the experience.

    We learned that Shoe & Canoe offers a theatre-themed dinner with Theatre Calgary plays, as well as free parking at the Delta hotel, so we took advantage. Our server, Melanie, was fantastic. She was fun, attentive, and made our dining experience really enjoyable.  we all had the salad with candied cashews and thought it was exceptional. My company enjoyed the theatre-themed set menu. I had the steelhead trout and thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely go back.
