   We were the only ones in the restaurant which is always weird. The food was ok as was the service. The food was not memorable. Not sure I'd go back

   La comida es buena pero la presentación deja mucho que desear. Por poner un ejemplo, mi hijo pidió croquetas y le presentaron tres croquetas en un plato de café. .. Deberían cuidar más el aspecto. La comida estaba muy bien cocinada, buen sabor.

   I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! I brought my mother for their annual Rosé Tasting and we had a fabulous time sitting at the bar. The Chef personally walked us through the wines and made one of the best steaks that I have ever had. We also split one of his paellas and were so impressed - I can see why they are award winning! 10/10 for everything about this experience. I'm so glad that we have Slate in our neighborhood - we will be back all the time.

   This is such a great restaurant. It’s a little gem just north of Georgetown. The chef/owner goes out to greet everybody, and the wine list is superb. Really really great.

   The wine flight was a good value. The food was just ok. Lots of seafood in the paella but smaller portion overall. My husband had the crab cake and there was only one so pricey for that. The cheese and charcuterie plates were also pretty small for the prices. Great vibe, very friendly staff and will go back but likely just for a drink.

   We are visiting from out of town and went for dinner this evening and had an amazing time. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food and wine were spectacular. The chef Danny Lledó came around and chatted with us several times during dinner which was really nice. The gnocci was absolutely out of the this world. Definite must visit if you are in DC.
