Das Starlite ist San Diegos Geheimadresse, die sich durch seltene Spirituosen, einheimische Speisen und einzigartige Cocktails auszeichnet. Im Starlite wird „achtsam gekocht" und so viele Zutaten aus regionalem Anbau wie möglich verwendet. Gemüse aus regionalem Anbau: Etwa 90 % der Erzeugnisse des Starlite stammen aus regionalem Bio-Anbau. Das Fleisch stammt (in möglichst vielen Fällen) von Tieren, die artgerecht und ohne Verwendung von Hormonen gehalten wurden. Die meisten Meeresfrüchte werden regional bzw. nachhaltig geerntet. Im Starlite ist man davon überzeugt, dass die dadurch hervorgebrachte Qualität spürbar ist und sich die Kosten dafür lohnen. Hoffentlich denken Sie genauso. Great experience, ambiance, food and service was good but it did take a long time to get things. I ordered a drink it was about a 15 min turn around and it wasn’t even very busy. Also big gaps between courses and I ended up canceling my second drink because I was almost finished with my meal and it had not come. Parking is tight so I recommend ride share when visiting. All in all I would go again. Food was delicious and filling.

The new remodel looks stunning! CH did such an amazing job with every little detail. I was disappointed with the service. At 10:30pm on a Sunday, I expected it to be a bit more attentive but I don’t think they even looked over my reservation when we arrived and got seated at a very small table for 3 people. We had to stack our plates on top of each other as they arrived and the drinks came a bit after all the food arrived. I was going for a birthday celebration and was hoping they’d attempt to make it feel a bit more like a celebration but there wasn’t even a mention of it. I’d love to go back but id recommend giving very direct instructions of what you’re looking for when you arrive.

That decor is awesome. The upstairs area is Tulum themed. The employees are friendly and attentive. We had a reservation and were seated right away. The mozzarella sticks with caviar and the roasted broccoli are beyond good. I would go back just to have those again because they’re that good. The rest of the food was good too but very rich in flavor. Also highly recommend their cookie ice cream sandwich for dessert. Give yourself extra time to find parking because they only have about 6 spots.

Upon entering this restaurant, you are immediately introduced with a beautiful large chandelier & above you are jaw dropping starlites. It's truly beautiful inside as the main seating area is an ancient Egyptian night theme of the constellations and stars above back in time. Mind you this isnt the only theme they have. Upstairs it feels like cancun vibes, more of a beachy and more natural lighting in the area. Sit back and relax as near the bar there is a nice waterfall to calm you down and the presentation is wonderful. Many nice options to choose from on the menu but we selected the Waygu Ribeye, Starlite Mac & Cheese, Waygu Fat Mashed potatoes and around 4 cocktails. The Waygu ribeye was very tasty , cooked medium rare. I will say that the sea salt flakes on top is a nice addition, but it can feel a bit over salted at times, its best to ask for a cup on the side so you can dip into. It did also come with two steak dips. The steak sauce was your average tasting steak sauce but the green one had a little spice kick to it, not overwhelmingly spicy ! The starlite mac & cheese was tastefully good ! The pepper-jack cheese is a different taste than normal traditional made mac & cheese but it works really well. The Waygu fat mashed potatoes were pretty average. Overall the food was great. There are many of options to choose for cocktails but the ones that stood out to me the most were the New Wave and the Honey Ryder. The new wave was perfect for me as i like my drinks a little on the stronger side. It was overwhelmingly strong but it was a good amount. My wife had the Honey Ryder and she really enjoyed it. She is more on the sweet and refreshing side for cocktails and she absolutely loved it. I had a little taste and I was very surprised on the bartenders ability to make this drink. It's literally perfect and tastes great ! We also ordered the space cadet which was essential a Mai Tai and it was okay. Definitely skip out on the goldeneye estate. It looks appealing

Beautiful place, when you walk into the restaurant you are amazed by the gorgeous chandelier. The hostesses greeted us and immediately took us to our table. Our server Rafael was very attentive and explained the menu was always checking on us, to see it we needed anything, pouring water; excellent service. We were seated in the main restaurant truly amazed of the decor, I went to visit the other 2 dinning areas each with it’s own distinct gorgeous decor and atmosfere. The mozarella sticks and caviar are delish, our waygu ribeyes were amazing and the mashed potatoes and scalloped potatoes were also very tasty. The drinks I would of expected more presentation to go with the restaurants beautiful theme. And the tables for two are very tiny, they are great for drinks but once you start ordering food there is no space. I just wish they had valet parking and then I would have given them a 5 star review. It is very difficult to find parking in that atea, and they only have 6 parking spots.
