   Hands down best service I have ever received at a restaurant. Just WOW! Truly felt like a VIP from the moment we walked in. The food was on point. Calamari perfection for an appetizer. I order steaks medium rare and my wife medium well and both came out together perfectly done. Loved the overall vibe. Thank you for an unforgettable meal STK!

   The place was filthy and multiple dishes were dirty. The food was not great and not worth $260. Our waiter barely helped us and was hard to track down when needed.

   2 time we came with a big group, both times had issues. The difference is this time the manager was great. They ran out of Prime Rib at 1 pm,That’s why we came. They gave us 2 Tomahawks as a replacement. Service was great 😊 as always awesome atmosphere. Thank you

   My experience was not very good. I think is over price for the service they provide and for the quality of the food. It took to long to have food served on the table. sides arrived after the main course. the cloth napkins were extremely wrinkle. the tables were to small. you need to created a lobby and waiting area, instead of having people standing at the door. or have the tables ready right aways, to avoid that issue. the restaurant has to raise the etiquette standards, it has a known name and a good location, but there are better options in downtown Salt lake for this price. I would not mind to Pay a lot, but this place is not worth it. Sad to say I do not recommend it.

   Food was amazing. Service was TERRIBLE! When you spend over $300 for a dinner for 2, you expect world class service. Our waitress barely was around, had to ask for a drink refill 3 times before she actually brought me one, and never once apologized. She seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. It was crazy. Also…don’t have your waiters take payment at the table. I wanted nothing more than to leave her a lesser tip and a note about her terrible service. So tacky to have them do it right in front of you.

   An Experience to Remember! From the moment we all walked in, Marcus made us feel like VIPs. His energy, attention to detail, and effortless charm elevated the entire night. The service was flawless, the food came out quickly and looked like artwork, absolute perfection. The vibe was amazing just the right music to make you want to dance in your seat while savoring every bite. And the drinks? Bold, balanced, and unforgettable. This wasn’t just dinner it was a whole experience. 10/10!

   STK Steakhouse - 3/5 stars Last week, my wife and I had an incredible 12/10 experience at STK Steakhouse in Salt Lake City. The vibe was fun yet relaxing, and our server, Brae, was outstanding, elevating the entire evening. We raved about it to family and friends, gave it a 5-star rating, and couldn’t wait to return with family to show off this gem. Unfortunately, today’s visit was a major letdown. We made reservations requesting a booth and Brae as our server, but neither was available. It would’ve been nice if the hostess had explained this upfront, as we were caught off guard by a loud middle table and a different server. The place was packed, and the music was so loud it was hard to converse. Last week, at the same time, it was only moderately busy, and we had no issues ordering a family board with entrées and sides. Today, our waiter said that it wasn’t an option due to kitchen constraints, which was confusing since Brae had made it happen before. He mentioned it might be possible on a Tuesday at 5, but that didn’t help us today. The food was still good overall—everyone enjoyed their dishes and drinks, though I found the salmon dry and overpriced. The pull-apart bread, while delicious, seemed noticeably smaller than last week’s overflowing portion. Our waiter was friendly but seemed overwhelmed, and the service struggled to keep up. The portion sizes also felt smaller compared to our previous visit. I’m disappointed because I know how amazing STK can be. Had this been our first experience, I wouldn’t recommend it or return. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I’d love to see STK consistently deliver the exceptional experience we had last week.
