    I’ve been waiting for this point to open for quite a while, and was deciding between here, Casalena, or Yume for our anniversary. This STK really missed the mark vs the Vegas point and others I’ve been to. The upsetting aspects were rigidity of the menu and the lack of accommodating attitude we were met with; such as changing the liquor type for a cocktail from gin to top shelf vodka, or asking to order happy hour tapas at the higher price because we missed the cutoff by 5 minutes to be rebuffed…it’s like they don’t want more revenue, strange. The food quality was not on par with other STK locations. Burrata was completely saltless and the croutons were extremely stale, the brioche was stale, the lamb was not salted and its natural gameyness was not tended to artfully as at other STK’s, the seabass was extremely salty, the taro chips of the seabass ceviche were cut so thin they crumbled to the touch, the asparagus was bland, but the chive oil was subtle & welcome and the carrots were the highlight of the evening. The ambience was ghostish with only 3 other couples in the entire wing of the restaurant we were seated at. Server was pleasant and staff was attentive to the table. This location needs some improvements to get its stride like other STK locations, and as of now has poor value for the experience.

    Our experience started off very rocky with the front desk girls, but then manager Cherish stepped in and changed the mood around. She took the time to listen and understand our frustration and got the job done. She moved our table and gave us the best experience we can ask for. Additionally, our waiter Alex was outstanding I’ll give him 100 stars if I could. So 200 stars for both Cherish and Alex. Thank you for being so kind hearted and making my Mother’s Day special.

    The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. We came here for Mother’s Day. Our reservation was at 1:30. We got seated at 2pm. They had a prefixed $69 Mother’s Day brunch menu that was absolutely overpriced with low quality food (frozen aisle food). This was such an underwhelming experience. Several others complained about their dining experience. The food was terrible and it took an hour and a half to get our food. What it appears is that the owners/managers wanted to capitalize off of Mother’s Day brunch so they ordered menu items wholesale. I took a picture of how terrible this experience was. A complete blow to the brand of STK. Nobu would never.

    They were still fairly new and overbooked. Services was off, lots of broken items, waited a long time for food. Served was amazing!

    I chose STK to celebrate my very first Mother’s Day lunch today. I’m 4 months pregnant and was looking forward to treating myself to a high-quality meal I could trust, especially when it came to properly cooked meat. Sadly, what I experienced was unacceptable at every level. I ordered the 8oz Ribeye Spinalis and made it crystal clear to our waitress that it needed to be medium well, as I cannot consume undercooked meat during pregnancy. After waiting 45 minutes for our food (with sides arriving another 15 minutes later), I cut into my steak and found it completely raw - bright red and visibly undercooked. I sent it back, again asking for medium well. When it returned, I cut into it and found the exact same issue- still red and undercooked. At this point, I was not only disappointed but upset and anxious. This wasn’t a matter of taste - it was a health necessity, clearly communicated multiple times. The manager got involved, and my husband asked for a brand new steak, well done. On the third attempt, the steak was finally cooked properly. But here’s where my blood boiled: both the original steak AND the replacement were charged on our bill. Two failed attempts to get a basic doneness right, and we were still made to pay for them. Never in my life have I dined somewhere where a dish is sent back twice for not being cooked as requested, and the customer is still charged. I was appalled. STK positions itself as a premium steakhouse, but if they can’t deliver on the most fundamental promise, cooking a steak correctly, especially when health is involved - they’re failing their customers. I left feeling deeply disappointed, disrespected, and frankly heartbroken that my first Mother’s Day meal was ruined. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend STK to anyone who values safety, care, or even just a properly cooked steak.

    Disappointing Mother’s Day Brunch – Poorly Executed and Mismanaged We reserved the limited Mother’s Day bottomless brunch expecting a special and memorable experience. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown. While we were seated on time, the service that followed was painfully slow — over two hours passed with only a few of the promised courses served. It quickly became clear that the kitchen and staff were overwhelmed and unprepared for the occasion. To be clear, our server was excellent — attentive, sincere, and clearly doing everything he could to manage a difficult situation. The same cannot be said for the managers we interacted with, who were dismissive, offered no meaningful resolution, and showed little regard for the guest experience. We ultimately left before the full brunch was served. The only compensation offered was to charge us only for drinks, which we appreciated. However, because our server handled the situation with professionalism and grace, we chose to tip him based on the full brunch price — he deserved it. What made this especially disappointing is that we’ve had excellent experiences at another branch of this restaurant, which made the contrast even more jarring. It’s clear this location needs serious improvement in its event planning, execution, and leadership response. As it stands, I would not recommend this brunch to others.

    We booked a reservation thinking that we will be seated right away but we still have to wait long (15mins) for us to be seated. Food was great but pricey! Our server, Aliyah, was friendly and accommodating. She was able to give such good service to us. Inside was a little loud but we were seated by the patio so the noise is not as loud as the inside. Overall, it’s just ok.

    Mother’s Day brunch was not what I expected. It was very low budget eggs sucked. Pancake is dry so is the eggs variety of the food options was very cheap quality was cheap. Ordering off the menu and the steaks are on a different level.

    Our family was excited to try this for Mother’s Day. We had reservations and was seated promptly. The staff were nice and our server was cheerful. It was very busy since it’s a special occasion and we understood but our orders took almost an hour to arrive with no one telling us what’s going on… the people who just came got their orders before we did. When our server finally came to give us an update, my family members were already dissatisfied. We had the brunch special for Mother’s Day which we found underwhelming and expensive. It was ok but nothing to brag about. The calamari was ok. The crab cake was good but it was one piece for almost $50… We had the ribeye and chicken… they’re good but not a standout nor did it offer a distinct taste. The mashed potato and truffle fries were good. The music was so loud. Overall, we were glad we tried but maybe… maybe next time, we would go for a regular dinner - maybe it would be a better experience.
