   Lovely venue, really nice surroundings..... that's about it... food is very average hence I personally wouldn't go back for food as it tasted bland, friends thought the same!! slightly uncomfortable questioning my 50% off quite embarrassing really, should they know what deals they signed up for! Would meet friends for a drink although that was very low on choice.... disappointing.

   Very average oven food and they ran out of Chandon (not many choices of drinks so made it difficult). Nice venue but not worth a visit.

   I arrived at this restaurant it was closed despite sending me confirmation that day of my booking really poor

   It was for My Husband’s birthday,we had a lovely time together but it’s nothing like what it’s made to look like on Instagram,i tried to book slightly later times but it said no availability even though the place was very quiet 🤷🏼‍♀️!I had 2 of your Wimbledon cocktails but the second one tasted and looked completely different although they insisted it was the same!But Pizza was really nice.

   Hello, Sorry to hear that. Are you sure that was the right address? We haven’t been closed for sure. Gates to Brown Hart Gardens where we are located are open daily 8am-8pm. Kind regards, Stripes Mayfair

   Brown Heart Gardens is lovely. The new Stripes bar was disorganised , our table booking was non-existent and the bar was a mess with glasses pilling up and the outside bar ran out of cups so couldn’t serve drinks. The Wimbledon spritz was very tasty. We ordered a Pinza to the deckchairs which was forgotten about and took almost 45 minutes. The vibe was good but it was messy and disorganised overall. Last year they had QR codes which worked well for ordering Pimms to your chairs.

   We a very sorry to hear about your experience at Stripes. During Wimbledon the terrace had two separate event organisers which caused confusion and disorganisation.    The place is really cute, a nice view and really nice surroundings but the food is disgusting. Everything was just bland. There was so much oil in the truffle Mac and cheese, it actually made me sick. And it’s just really overpriced- you pay for the view.

   Hello, I’m really sorry to heard that. On our truffle Mac & Cheese we are not adding any oils. This is a result of cheese after baking.     A lovely location, simple menu but food was very nice - particularly the pizza. Probably short-staffed, but polite and accurate, if a bit slow.
