    It’s a fun hype place to eat. The shakes are crazy. Food is good .

    All the food and dessert was really good minus the fries which were shoestring, frozen mediocre. They were out of rubber ducks which the kids were looking forward to. I don’t like how they push buying photographs at the table and the restaurant was freezing.

    Food was terrible, no AC on a hot day, service on the other hand, was good. Our server and everyone we came into contact with on the sugar factory staff was lovely. Never going back.

    Went for a teen birthday. Loved the photo opps and decor. The drinks and desserts were great, but pricey. The regular food was not that great. If you go, just get drinks, desserts, and pics.

    We celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday at the Sugar Factory in Boston and had an unforgettable time! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was fun, vibrant, and perfect for kids (and kids at heart!). The staff was kind and made her feel extra special. She loved her huge candy-themed drink and colorful rainbow sliders — and of course, all the photo ops were a hit with our matching outfits! The restaurant is beautiful, playful, and full of energy. If you’re looking for a cute and colorful place to make memories, especially for a birthday celebration, Sugar Factory is a top pick. We’ll definitely be back!

    This restaurant is about the experience. Lively dinning room with lots of big parties. Food is fine, servings are large. Everything is big and over the top. With experiencing once.

    Reservation was for 8, we didn’t get sat until 8:55. No one apologized, and the servers were acting like our group was a burden.

    The food was extremely overpriced, and the service was deplorable. We had to re-order our dessert, which had already been placed once before. We had to order milk for our child 3x before if it came to the table. The lemons that we requested for our waters never came; we had to go up to the bar to order them. I would not suggest this place, and we will not be returning.
