Great experience with our family of five. The fizzing drinks kept our young children engaged in the experience and kept them in the moment without any screen distractions. Ording sharables can help with bill 😉

Waitress had pitcher of water sitting on table with no cups for about 15 mlms but all in all good experience for mu daughter we enjoyed especially singing and picture

The staff at Sugar Factory are awesome. I have no complaints at all. We were a large group and they handled us well and were very accommodating. Honestly, the food and menu are trash. The food quality is awful and its expensive. I didnt want to go here. My sons mother made this our destination but it was my first time. Literally every other adult knew it was terrible except her and I. Again, staff and service. Awesome. Food? My children cook better. Menu is too large and there is clearly no care to taste and presentation.

Restaurant was not busy during dinner time. Decor and fixtures all seemed dated. Service staff were not eager to be hospitable. Server spilled a third of my $40 drink all over the table while serving it and did not fully clean it up nor did they offer to bring me a new drink. Just charged me full price for it. The food was delicious but the atmosphere was way more pretentious than it needed to be.

We knew what we were getting into to an extent, high prices for big splash in presnetation of drinks and desserts. On the positive side, we made fun memories, our daughter will never forget the presentation of her King Kong Sundae to celebrate her 16th birthday with friends. The food was good enough. The host and service staff were lacking, but we made the best of it.
