Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands in New York with their new Times Square location. The family-friendly, high-energy, celebration destination known for its sweets and treats is set to open in New Yorks famous Times Square.

Overpriced even for time square standards. Terrible service (and of course the required 20% grat). Chicken fingers were below even the lowest standards of frozen food. Drinks are all disgusting sugar bombs (I know. This should be expected given the name. But no other options, only beer was bud light)

Loud, expensive, mid-food. This is a celebrity endorsed Times Square tourist trap. Would not go again. Would not recommend. There’s way better food available for that price.

Hostess extremely rude upon entering. Food sub-par. Waitress seemed irritated it was our son’s birthday. Dirty- as in fingerprints all over mirror and smeared food, black gunk on chairs and sticky food remnants on menus. Worst experience we have had in NYC.

Our server was great; the food was awful. Greasy quesadillas, sickly sweet pasta sauce, chicken and waffles were sub par. Our daughter loved her special strawberry lemonade but at $39, not a good value! And to be pressure sold photos for $25 a pop adds insult to injury. All that for $184. Please note the sneaky “required automatic 20% service fee for tables of 1+ people.”

Beautiful place however, we had waited for our food for a very long time. I had requested a cupcake for my daughter’s sweet sixteen when I made the reservations and she did not received it. The food was very expensive when I received the check. I will recommend this place and will come again.

Waitress spilled water on our table and then just handed us napkins to clean up her mess. Barely came to help us, and forgot about our refills entirely. 2 salads and an appetizer cost 170.00 and were not very good.

my first time there at that location i was a little disappointed because i wanted the lunch menu and the time i went was during brunch time but the food was still good and the drinks was amazing but i defff enjoyed myself i would deff go back for the lunch and dinner time

We thought it would be fun to return to the Sugar Factory for desert sometime. The server was very accommodating and helpful, and at 11 on a weekday morning it was a good place for brunch (especially with something else to do in the area). We were not rushed at all, and enjoyed being able to sit and chat for as long as we needed.

I will never come here again. The service was absolutely terrible, the food was just ok, and it’s way overpriced. My husband’s water glass had a chip in it so he asked for a new one which didn’t come for 15 mins and I asked for a refill on my water that never came. The server was completely inattentive. My food came out 15 mins after my husband’s and nephew’s and it was terrible (chicken parm sliders). The chicken was dry, there was way too much vodka sauce and the “garlic knots” were plain, not garlicky at all. My husband and nephew had burgers that they said were fine. The main reason we came was for a crazy milkshake which, even though it took forever to come, was delicious. Don’t waster your time or money here. There are plenty of better options in the area.
