   My boyfriend and I had the BEST experience here. We did the Mezcal Fusion Experience. Josue Leal was our host for the Mezcal tasting portion, and we could not have asked for a better guide. He was welcoming, fun, so incredibly well informed about Mezcal and Tequila and he put a lot of effort into making it a custom, private experience for us. He really set the tone for the rest of our time there, and we were so happy to have gotten paired with him. Next we went to the dining and bar area for our meals which were phenomenal. Every morsel we tried was top notch, and the wine they provided with our meal was delicious. We had two servers for that portion of the experience. Unfortunately, we only remembered one of their names which was Joel Alarcon. Both of the servers were fantastic, so I wish I could shout out the young woman who was also working that day. They were just as welcoming, fun and knowledgeable as Josue Leal. We ended our experience in the speakeasy. Both servers and bartenders there were energetic and knowledgeable. It was fun to watch the bartenders craft the intricate drinks and the servers told us a bit about the art hanging on the wall which was interesting. I can't wait to come back and 10/10 will recommend this experience and this place in general to my friends!

   Excelente. The guy who did the testing presentation was great, his Spanish/ English was perfect and the quality of the Mezcal/ Tequila was excellent.

   La verdad un poco decepcionante, la expectativa qué se hace uno con base a la descripción de la experiencia, nada que ver, con base a lo que menciona en la descripción uno va con la expectativa de que será una "experiencia intima" donde se hará alguna actividad especial, o justo eso, generar una experiencia, pero al menos en mi caso, solo nos sentamos como si llegaras a cualquier otro bar, no nos ofrecieron ninguna experiencia, no vale la pena reservar sinceramente, no veo nada extraordinario en esta reservacion. La atención de los chicos la verdad muy amables.

   Maravillosa experiencia! Meseros extraordinarios atentos y muy amables La comida superó todas mis expectativas deliciosas bebidas ! Ame este lugar ! El mesero que nos atendió no era bueno , Era EXCELENTE!!! El mejor ! Regreso porque regreso 🍴🥂 Pregunten al mesero por el Bar Escondido Clandestino ! Toda una experiencia la cual requiere una contraseña que les da el mesero para poder entrar , 10/10 toda la experiencia.

   We had a great time at Tahona Baja! Joel and Josue did a wonderful job during the tequila and mezcal tasting. They did a great job giving us a bit of history, explaining the tequila and mezcal process and differences. They explained a great way of drinking the mezcal which made the experience so much better. The food was delicious! Luz Clarita explained each dish and was very attentive and friendly. We had a few more drinks during lunch, the bar is beautiful. Speak easy is super cool and chill, it also has its own bar if you want more drinks. Here we enjoyed our dessert. The combination of good food, great drinks, and a beautiful ambiance definitely makes Tahona Baja a must-visit place. I would recommend this place/experience. we will definitely be back.

   We enjoyed a private Mezcal tasting. Very knowledgeable and fun person that served us. We enjoyed the ambiance very much!

   Although we were the only people having dinner, the service was very poor, the food came out late, and was overly salty. We have gone previously during the day and service and food was great. It was very disappointing. Won’t be returning.

    We went for the mezcal tasting. Josue is very knowledgeable about all things mezcal! Fun to sit in the boat, gives the tasting an authentic vibe. We enjoyed the experience and left with a greater understanding of mezcal .. enjoy the crickets!!!
