The setting is beautiful but we were very disappointed with the food. My husband has a food allergy and they were unable to accommodate it. As a result he ordered something recommended by the server- and it was very unappetizing. He ate it anyway. This is the first time that a restaurant kitchen offered no accommodation. I had the short ribs with “Parisian gnocchi” and over-roasted carrots. The short ribs were unexciting - the gnocchi was odd. We left without dessert and coffee. We won’t go back.

I always look forward to dining in this airy, light-filled space, but on our recent visit service (though attentive) was extremely slow. Perhaps the delay was in the kitchen? It took over 1/2 hour for a cheese board to come to the table. Nice touches, like small glasses of complimentary sparkling wine for our anniversary, were nearly forgotten as we waited for each course.

Terrain never disappoints. Beautiful setting in or outdoors, great menu selections and delicious and healthy food options. Staff is friendly, customer focused and service is very good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit for brunch at Terrain! The food and service was amazing and it was a nice touch to give 20% off at the store. I bought a beautiful plant and was happy with making the trip from Lancaster! We’ll be back again.

Menu was very good. Gives a healthy vibe to dinnertime. Wonderful non alcohol drinks too. Server was good and attentive. Busy on a Friday night, but food was worth it

We thought we were going to Terrain for the first time but when we arrived, we remembered we attended a wonderful wedding reception there a few years back. We ate outside. Beautiful evening. Plantings all around. Shaded high awning with ceiling fans. We noted on the internet that the restaurant was only rated 3.2 of 5. We thought our food was higher than 3.2. Service was slow and a bit drawn out. Also, showing they are a BYOB it was not prominent that the corkage is $20, which is a bit steep for two glasses to inventory and wash. The baby kale salad was good but could be great if the stems were removed, the nuts were toasted, and a little more dressing was tossed in or on the side. I had the fried cauliflower starter, and it was a good-sized portion, again would have been aided by a little bit more seasoning and dipping sauce upon which the flowerets sat. I had the scallops with bucatini entree, which was very tasty, pasta was perfectly cooked, slight ah dente, and 'meaty'. The Mrs. had the halibut with sautéed vegetables that included fennel and the bowl was surrounded by shelled muscles. Both entrees were well above 3.2. Not sure we will rush back as it is pretty far from our home - we had something to do out by Devon, thus the choice. However, if in the neighborhood, we would go again.

The food was a great price and tasted so good! Our waitress was so nice and checked on us frequently. Definitely a cute place to bring your family!
